@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk Just working in the area but it seems like it's always out the front of ours? I think at least once or twice a month? If my broadband signal improved when they did their work I would be happy, but instead it drops for a time.
