Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

As ever appalling customer service from @bt_uk @BTCare happy to take your money and put your costs up but when you want to cancel out of contract they make you jump through hoops. 50mins online to an advisor to be told come back another day.
