@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk Stayed with for years as broadband connection was reliable. Not now. Got a new hub for faster connection and service diabolical. Utterly, utterly dreadful. Time for a new provider I think.
