@danidotx @bt_uk Sign up with another, the cancellation is usually sorted by your new ISP as part of the service migration (replaced the old process of getting a MAC from your current provider)

Finally ditching @bt_uk after 6 years. Example: movie we are watching has stalled five times in the last 30 mins. Although got to admit @skytv aren’t covering themselves in glory. But who would be mad enough to believe BT’s ridiculous TV adverts: absolutely **** service.

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Not happy at all with @bt_uk support on Twitter - they gave advice (which didn’t work) that contradicted their own previous advice (which didn’t work) & when we point this out they simply stopped talking - leaving us without a service we pay for. #notgoodenough

@btsport why can't I watch the 24/12/21 episode of Smackdown? What exactly am I paying £25 a month for? Constantly miss parts of shows because you cut adverts in too soon, drops in sound and picture, late uploading shows and make us sit through hours of adverts. Awful service!
