@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@EE Actually #EE your customer service is rubbish both instore and on the phone.Your prices are even worse. I went in the @VodafoneUK store on Saturday and I bought #ulimitedbroadband and the lady was so nice to me she even set the box up for me in the #Vodafone store. I left @bt_uk

@bt_uk Seems an Openreach engineer fixed a neighbours line and disconnected mine! Visited Troubleshooter and Speed tester and seems an engineer will come to fix my line tomorrow!! I’m a Software Engineer WFH and need my line reinstated ASAP as it went down for no reason

@bt_uk That’s absolutely not true. My line has been disconnected so it is impossible for them to reinstate the number only start a new number. BT (YOU) have lost my number - so you need to sort this issue.

@bt_uk Yeah problem your end not mine. Currently in limbo for 5 working days to see if I’m going to get the package or not. Also 4G hub provided is intermittent and faulty but can’t provide a new one until the package is confirmed so left with sometimes working internet when wfh.
