@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@bt_uk @jake_martin1995 Not that wonderful, I get 200Mbps from Virgin and it’s their mid-range package. I think it’’s more accurate to say that BTs WiFi/broadband is far from the fastest around and for the price is poor value for money. They also tie you in to an 18 month contract.

We are totally sick of @bt_uk broadband service. This problem’s been running for 3 months. Numerous phone calls, 2 engineers, complaints answered a week later. No apology, no £100 rebate offer and offering their “service” to new customers at 50%. What price loyalty & service BT?

@sadaplays @bt_uk You should never had settled the problem with them on the phone. Ombudsmen would have been the better way to go. It would have took longer but you would have got every penny plus more back
