@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

@btbusinesscare Sadly they’re not helping. I’m being charged £85 for overspend on data. We no longer have a business premises and your dongle is so slow I cannot WFH... Please escalate and help. Small businesses can’t survive like this.

@bt_uk We had to cancel our contract with BT because the broadband was pathetic, yes they do compensate but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted a secure fast service that was reliable and to support a British institution! They don’t service rural Wales well.

@bt_uk We have an engineer booked in to install Full Fibre 900 on Friday 29th Jan. As you’re replacing our existing service with Sky that means our phone/internet with them will be disconnected on that day. Please can you confirm that you will be installing on that day still?

@btbusinesscare I’ve been on WhatsApp for 1 hour now and darent hang up. If it’s not replacing our fibre bb then being charged DOUBLE for just the dongle, no phone line and most basic service is outrageous. I’m also being charged for kit I was told would be FOC!!!!
