    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk And besides that isn't what is needed. What is needed is a way to report a fault on a line where you don't know the account holder's account number or phone service provider.

    @bt_uk Hi Rita- yes it’s registered with Royal Mail. The post code comes up on the website and it actually even comes up on Sky and Virgins sites too, but the issue is the address isn’t registered with BT

    @bt_uk broadbands been down for nearly 4 weeks, keep having false promises of when it will be fixed. Terrible service and costing me time and money having to take time off work for an engineer that didn’t turn up. Daughters about to take exams and need a reliable service to study
