    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @btsport Tried to log in with details saved . Wont let me as normal . Hopeless service never get to anyone . About anything had it with you lot . Dreadfull service .

    Hi @bt_uk another neighbour in the building has also reported identical issues. Sending me a replacement router clearly isn't the solution

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    @bt_uk Im taking it, that ur marketing this at people which have never heard about WiFi Extenders then? Always laugh at that "Lola advert" because its such rubbish(Ive kept it polite for you) The "discs" are WiFi extenders but BT just arent calling them that..

    @bt_uk Turned everything off and still not so good standing in same room. Tried changing channels to see if it is interference and resetting to factory settings, still same, very poor. Wonder if router has a problem tbh. Wouldn't even connect my WiFi printer on wps a metre away.

    @bt_uk Whatever happened to customer loyalty, contract up for renewal and for the same speeds I have to pay an extra £10 a month for WiFi in every room, I get this now! Contract is up 07/04/21, looks like I’ll be going back to virgin, be a big saving, WIFI in every room and faster

    @bt_uk Yes started all over again staying in a hotel till I get full internet as we can not work from home sure to the problem caused by Bt staff it looks maybe another week and no one is there to push the connect further I have contacted virgin media and Hyperoptic so we will see

    @bt_uk It says your doing work on the network and can take you to 24 hours. Since I'm now working from home I'm going to need Internet. When will this be back up?
