My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

Iโm not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but itโs been out each time Iโve come home from work.

They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.
