  @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

  Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

  @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

  Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

  @bt_uk I would just like to thank you for your terrible service. I waited 27 minutes befor anyone answered. They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

  @bt_uk After the problems I have had all week from just renewing my contract, long phones calls to @bt_uk & still not sorted, waiting for a call back today to finally get things sorted, mistakes made by there operators on the phone, very poor customer service 😡

  @bt_uk This is nonsense, my devices try to connect to furthest away disc instead of hub 12inches away or nearer discs, SkyQ constantly disconnecting from network, Ring Doorbell likewise. Poor, unnecessarily over complicated system I have hub and two discs in a bungalow and still rubbish
