    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk I need help with my bt smart hub. When I go to use the admin panel on the web page, it says that the pwrd is incorrect. It’s the same one found on the router which I typed out carefully. I think my router needs to be replaced.

    @bt_uk Just wanted to be treated the same as a new customer , which I thought you had to do, only deals on offer to me are £65 , where as new customers are able to get new deals around the £39 mark.
