    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....(2/2)

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @bt_uk I would not recommend anybody getting BT Fibre ! I have been a BT customer for a few years . When I was out of contract I was asked to contact BT to renew , I was told I had to have Fibre Installed, I agreed.7 months later 2 missed install dates , 2 days of lost earning

    @bt_uk How do I lodge a formal complaint about the service I receive? No internet at all today, apparently there's "planned work in my area". Would've been nice to be informed in advance, and the ETA on being fixed isn't until tomorrow evening?! WFH tomorrow will be interesting

    @bt_uk what is happening with the broadband? Since Christmas we’ve been losing connection we pay for a service that we can not enjoy, a service that is not cheap either! I have reset my router etc this has not helped is there an issue with your service?

    @Sillytees @bt_uk Absolutely dreadful. They should have a strategy to assist with households requiring extra help. They’re not repairing the bloody Hubble telescope here. I bet @ageukcampaigns are interested in such a letdown

    @bt_uk since we’ve had fibre installed we can’t watch anything on tv the connection is so bad. Why is it doing this when it’s supposed to be the fastest. We had no problems with it before we had fibre installed 😡
