@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk I decided to switch from Virgin to BT. I'm a new customer and since 23rd January I am still not connected. Open reach have let me down 5 times they come out and telling me it needs digging out and nothing is done. This is appalling I don't know what to do as live alone.

@virginmedia @btsport why can't I watch BTSport1 on my android device via the virgin tv go app? I am getting a rights restriction message. I pay for the service so should be able to watch all programmes irrespective of the device being used.
