    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk a little over 02 months now… problem remains unresolved. Engineers come and go.. status do not improve.. what’s the matter? Seems high time for me to switch service provider..

    @bt_uk I set the router up myself in the end. I was expecting the engineer for line activation and it was already activated so with the unexpected cancellation I set it up myself. Just annoying with all the engineer is on their way and paid service that was cancelled beyond my control

    @bt_uk Residential on-premise fibre. On a daily basis the service drops out, the lights don’t change on the box. Even when it is working the speed is atrocious

    @bt_uk i’m having continued BT Wi-fi issues. i’m getting a disc, but the problem is with my devices connecting- they drop out all the time, but the hub stays blue. I’ve been advised to do a factory reset, which I have, currently my phone won’t connect. Please can someone help?
