    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @BlondieRodge I changed my broadband supplier to Plusnet in order to get a much cheaper access to BTSport. Owned by BT, Plusnet were £20 cheaper per month than BT themselves.! Only trouble is my 18 months is up on April .

    @bt_uk My internet connection is now fixed! It was a broken fibre cable in the outside box. Engineer said I was not part of the outage in the area. All of this could have been resolved had you sent an engineer days ago.

    @bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

    @bt_uk I am disappointed with your customer service. When attempting to renew my contract. Spending hours in a queueing system. To be told contradictory info by all the agents involved. Then a wall of silence when I raise a complaint. BT clearly don't want to retain my business!
