    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Bill no M129SL gb 10992985 ann Howard she was charged 54.60 instead of 35.10 for a late payment. She didn't receive any reminder or letter due to postal strike. Times are hard and this feels a little excessive considering she has been a loyal customer.

    @bt_uk Earlier today after what seemed like being transferred between 5 different call centre queues I was answered by one of your Indian call centres. I should have been called back within 1 hour (14:35) but still not heard back. Why is it that BT is now worst in the UK?

    @bt_uk On Monday we used the chat line to try and sort the renewal of our bt landline and bt sports. It’s been a while mess and have been blatantly mislead online by your operative Ujjwal Kumar. We are king term customers and feel totally let down. #bt
