  • ianrohdebell Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England

@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Macclesfield, England

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

  • Manchester_Man Matthew (@Manchester_Man) reported from Urmston, England

@bt_uk Is there a known issue with broadband in Urmston, Manchester area. Service keeps going down and has done for the past three days.

Hello @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach how can it take 3 weeks , to not resolve a broadband dropping issue in a Manchester property. Our broadband is off.. and seemingly no-one know why.

  • thomasjowendy Jo Thomas (@thomasjowendy) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

  • darrendevally Darren de Vally 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@darrendevally) reported from Manchester, England

@bt_uk any issues with Broadband in Manchester. No connection and flashing pink light on my hub.

  • tom_hiles Tom Hiles (@tom_hiles) reported from Macclesfield, England

@bt_uk hi, can you guys help? I'm a BB customer but I keep getting letters for the previous house owner, despite returning them marked no longer at this address. I just got off the phone with accounts who said I should get in touch with the previous owner to ask them to call you

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KLHR3 KLH R3 (@KLHR3) reported

@bt_uk I dont need MORE Tests; I've had 4Engineer visits since September; each time resolved for a few days before it goes again. Last visit the engineer said the Fibre Ports in the Cab are probably at fault but would only be able to move forward if issues kept on (suprise they have)

  • Spoonz_ Spoonz (@Spoonz_) reported

@bt_uk well you promised me an upgrade and sent me the paperwork and I paid for it after requesting a slot in the cabinet and then you didn't upgrade me on the day you said you would and gave the slot to someone else so unless you can fix that

  • adyady14 Ady E (@adyady14) reported

Next season TV slots: Sat 5:30pm Sun 2pm Sat 4pm Then one of FNF or MNF. If needs be show one of the six 3pm’s on a Saturday. This 10 slots is awful. @premierleague @SkySports @btsport

  • vgmy_ Guru (@vgmy_) reported

@btsport your cricket coverage sucks !!! Please learn from @SkyCricket what to show and when to show.

  • KLHR3 KLH R3 (@KLHR3) reported

@bt_uk Your Service Status says no issues in my area; funny. My router has disconnected 4 times in the last 40 minutes and internet is up & down like a yo-yo; this is after 6 months of on-going issues with my (expensive & increasingly unreliable) broadband

  • mcfcbj Ben Johnson (@mcfcbj) reported

Hi @bt_uk. I’ve got your email saying you’re removing a load of channels from my package. How much is the price going to come down?

  • dominicgoodsell Dom Goodsell (@dominicgoodsell) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Please can someone help our community in understanding why when over 25% of residents have 900mb full fibre as paid for by #morrishomes but the rest of us are told it doesnt exist on site! Openreach laid the fibre EVERYWHERE last Feb! OX16 9**

  • conwaybg Brian Conway (@conwaybg) reported

@bt_uk Once again existing customers are being treated badly. If I were a new customer I could choose 100, 300 or 900 Gb fftp packages. As an existing customer I can only choose 900Gb #unfair

  • frankiebhoy58 Frank Duffy (@frankiebhoy58) reported

@bt_uk I would love to but you won't upgrade in my area. And why are you, BT, promoting something that's nothing to do with. Anytime I've had a problem with what broadband I have, I'm told its an Openreach matter, not yours. And why doesn't Openreach have a phone number people can call?

  • GregHH1984 Greg (@GregHH1984) reported

@bt_uk I haven’t, because I really can’t see how that is relevant to the issue of the BT app telling me content is only available in the UK. I have the Sky Go app, which works fine. Please can you tell me what error VP216 means? Thx
