@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

Took over three months to install the internet (and still charged us for the privilege) and that was just before the first lockdown. Boys and home education on a mobile signal was not the best. No reply to our complaint!
