@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

Will be resolved. I am desperate here and @bt_uk do not care. I've never experienced such awful customer service in my life. I've been lied to repeatedly, and was told I was not allowed to use the words 'lie, lied or liar' in relation to BT Staff when making a formal complaint

@bt_uk My nearest hotspot is 1.4 miles away, according to the BT Wifi app. In hindsight I should have arranged the new service with an overlap of a couple of weeks, but was trying to avoid paying for 2 services at once.

Not the most auspicious start to my time with @bt_uk. Broadband service due to be commissioned today, and that's not going to happen because I have seen the cut ends of my cable in the ground outside, but until computer says so, they won't make any arrangements to fix it.

@bt_uk I understand that. But doesn't exactly help me to work tomorrow.
