Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

The bill was being paid. Your call handler (helpful Tom) had wrong information on his screen. Disappointed but not surprised.

The need is for someone to OWN the problem and fix it. Your systems and processes are failing miserably. You keep saying an engineer will visit and they don't. Six times failure.

However social media, apps and browsers struggle to stay connected and often show "no internet connection." Not a problem on Android devices. @bt_uk @Apple
