    @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    @bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk I just want a time scale when it will be fixed. As they can’t fix the fibre I’d like to go back on to copper connection but I’m not allowed to. Great I work from home my kids are at home and nothing works!!!

    @sometimesraven @bt_uk I've had nothing but issues the whole time. Their advisors always say they will get back in touch and chase things. But never do, and then you're accused of "confirming its fixed" because you waited like you were told to for no one to get in touch.

    @bt_uk Our broadband (which has been consistently bad for years) has (again) been put at a low IP profile by DLM because of frequent disconnects caused by REIN, previous engineer said the line was intact but REIN was the remaining issue, we have another engineer booked soon anyway

    @bt_uk worst experience ever. In last 10 days, your Fibre team cancelled 6 orders due to silly mistakes on your end. I have 6 routers, but NO broadband connection. Everyday I am spending more than an hour talking to your team.
