Rob Smith (@robsmithrugby) reported from Tring, EnglandJust been informed from BT call office 0800 111 4567, engineer appointment now is 5th Jan - fault registered Boxing Day. They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.

The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
