@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

@btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

@flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

So I’m actually getting stronger Wi-Fi through connecting to my neighbours connection, than my own that I pay £40 a month for. Not even the compensation they’ve promised me has come through yet after nearly 3 months of broken connection. Disappointed doesn’t cover it. @bt_uk 🙁🙁

Thanks @bt_uk for putting our router behind a CG-NAT because now we can't play D&D with our friends, I can't host any video games and our internet is noticeably slower 😡 If I didn't have to have your service, I would go elsewhere in a heartbeat.
