@btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

No end to @bt_uk saga. Months of contact between @JohnStapletonTV and customer support folks, 2 missed engineer visits, today after latest no show it's a "configuration issue" with phone which he "has to fix himself". One of the worst experiences with any company I've ever had.

My internet cuts out completely multiple times a day and @bt_uk said there’s a problem. Send an engineer out and he can’t find anything and leaves without offering a solution. Top service.
