Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. I trust you will retain call recordings from June 7th, 2026, I know I will. Good evening to you and yours.
