@bt_uk Issue is not with the suppliers. Was speaking to an engineer today and they had everything ready to go and repaired since the 7th of May. Also why am I receiving overdue bills for an account that was cancelled and never even used. This was already settled over a phonecall.

@bt_uk a week into a fault 4 engineers visits and daily calls to CS to repeatedly explain the same thing; still no broadband. Complaint logged = utterly pointless as you do NOTHING. When do i get my money back for a truly shocking service and get my broadband actually working?

@bt_uk Absolutely AWFUL service! I've never been so appalled by a company in my life. ELEVEN people I've spoken to now and none of them had any customer care skills. Yes we need to be nice in these times but you still need to care about your customers.

@sam_shepherd @bt_uk feel your pain - took them 2 weeks to get us connected in our new home. it lasted 2 weeks and been down for the last 10 days. I have to call everyday and spend at least 30 mins repeating the same thing to someone who can't help. Been hung up on soooo many times. Good luck!

@maidmentj @OpenreachHelp Not sure if @bt_uk have an app like sky. But when sky drops you can instantly report the fault through app, I have issue when windy. Test it low winds it's fine but high winds it fails. I'm literally would pull on my wire next test they do to simulate wind but that's naughty ;)
