They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it.
