My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

They then put me on hold and the phone cut off after half an hour of waiting. Tried calling again but after another 20 min I gave up.

We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

I’m not at home often so not sure what total downtime is but it’s been out each time I’ve come home from work.

Kenta (@nemurikyosirou) reportedHello @bt_uk. I cancelled my broadband service BEFORE activation and within the cooling-off period. However, I’ve been incorrectly charged £33.99. This is unacceptable. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will escalate this to the Communications Ombudsman. Account number is
