@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Congratulations to @bt_uk for providing THE worst customer experience ever. Meant to be connected today, complete shambles. Unhelpful customer service, blatant lies, refusal to resolve issue and refusal to let me speak to a manager. Great start!!

@bt_uk Why should I (or any other customer for that matter) pay more for less, just because HO has changed it’s contracts with providers? You should at least maintain contracted price with your customer. Time to #cut the cord.

@bt_uk Something... anything is working. How about if the person she spoke to just took the initiative, saw how utterly shocking it's been for her, had some customer focus and proactively passed it upwards. I imagine there's some kind of protective process to stop that kind of thing.

-
Fiona Furman 💙

@bt_uk She's asked to speak to all manner of people. Apparently she can't raise a complaint until after the issue is resolved, which sounds like it will be never. By which point, I assume, you're hoping people are so worn down that they won't bother because tunnel just be glad that...
