Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

ken (@uk12345) reported from Romford, England@bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didnโt set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโs a name for that. Fraud.

Large Vodka (@mizmuggle) reported@bt_uk have had no broadband since 25/8. fault tracker says itโs fixed but running a check on it says network fault and the expected resolve date keeps getting pushed back. Canโt get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough
