Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

@holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

.@bt_uk It's been 17 DAYS since storm Arwen brought phone cable down nr home. 17 days of no internet or phone contact. No mob.signal where i live. Expense, lost work & missed online Uni course. Why is it taking SO long, its one cable.

@HerenesM @virginmedia Who came and agreed there's and issue and would call me to confirm when. Noticed this morning I have an appointment booked for January with no notification or any checking I am available. I wish I'd stayed with @BTCare and that's saying something.
