Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

-
daniel munn (@dpmunn19) reported from Aveley, EnglandI am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡
-
Eakan Gopalakrishnan (@eakangk) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@bt_uk Your Eiva agent is painfully slow! I am forced to call you. I will call you tomorrow. My Mrs now has to wear a filling in her tooth that she has to replace regularly. She can never bite an apple again.
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, England@Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.
-
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.
-
Shane Pender (@silverback1809) reported from Bromley, England@btsport I’ve cancelled my DD. Now you’ve emailed me. I’ve tried contacting you via here and phone but no luck. I want to cancel my subscription
-
Keren Harrison ⚽️ (@KerenOrient) reported from Brentwood, England@bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬
-
Roly's Arcade (@RetrogamesNow) reported from Brentwood, England@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

Steve (@SanatoriumSteve) reported@bt_uk Hey BT or EE or whoever the hell u identify as at the moment. Sort ur damn app out!! Logged out multiple times over past few days, for what reason?? Have had to verify who I am each time!! That's including the 2 hrs wait for a text verification code just to continue!!
-
Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@bt_uk @stokeygurl I’ve not been able to get into my online account for weeks due to a fault caused when BT upgraded their system a few weeks ago. No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence I’m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!
-
Simon Smith (@Simoncitizen) reported@Alonso_GD Along with everything else. I have had to write to @bt_uk hard copy / snail mail because they cannot resolve issues with my #Landline digitally. However that was posted last #Wednesday 20.05.2026. Given the thousands and thousands of pounds they have extracted throughout my life?
-
James Morris (@Jimmymo79) reported@bt_uk my mother in law is ridiculously overpaying for her home phone and broadband, your idea of rewarding loyalty was getting it down to £90! Still more than it shows on the website for an existing customer but the person I spoke to is no not calling back or replying to emails
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
-
Amy Lou (@Lashes_N_Ink) reported@bt_uk She doesn’t have an account with you. She was going to be a new customer. Seen as you didn’t come to install on the day agreed, and the installation didn’t take place. Surely there’s no chance of her being billed?
-
Gizmo (@Gizmo83508413) reported@bt_uk Done that already. I might be going mad here. It's your sodding website. It shouldn't be down to me to chase a fix ETA on a fundamental problem you have. This should be information on the website and with you, surely?
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again I’d like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying £83 a month for a shoddy connection?
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
-
Mark Haynes (@IQuitMuskspace) reported@bt_uk Why am I always chasing you lot up? Service is in the weeds. Pathetic.
