My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
