    @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @bt_uk BB. Changing to red and back again to blue. On and off all day. I’ve had really problems with this over last couple years lots of visits and CS contact.

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    @bt_uk Line been tested and is faulty!! Going to take you two weeks to even get an engineer to evaluate .. shockingly slow service considering the fees! Receiving some mini hub from you to use while we #wait but I'm guessing that won't work on my plugged in computer or our Now TV #BT

    @bt_uk rubbish service before I’m even connected - seems you can’t put full fibre order through until existing landline disconnected - computer says no! Current supplier says that will disconnect broadband. Can’t have no broadband as work from home. Utterly useless!

    @bt_uk Well, surely it would have been beneficial to be told what the problem is before arriving to prepare? He had to wait a long time for another engineer to join him as clearly it’s a two man job. For a communication company it’s a bit ironic…

    @bt_uk I have just messaged you as I cannot get through to book an engineer for my vulnerable grandad. His landline and Wi-Fi has been down since yesterday and he lives alone, so there is no way anyone can contact him!! This is very urgent!!

    @bt_uk The service is still down. I'm not even convinced BT know the line is fully down. No one believes it is going to get fixed anytime soon. We were promised it would be done by midnight last night. Please update urgently, most of our village doesn't have access.

    I think we would all support VAR if the officials came out and explained why the decisions are given (unless clear and obvious) but they don’t so we are left baffled by it @btsport

    @bt_uk Engineer came and unplugged us from the tray, wasn’t fixed until we called you back out. Since been having drop outs and told an engineer has been coming twice and not been? Told I had a problem on the line 3 weeks ago and still nothing 👍🏼
