@OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • NearLegalJones H (@NearLegalJones) reported from Dudley, England

@bt_uk Also please could you reply to the DM when you get time there are a couple of questions that need addressing. Know you’re busy etc but not sure how else to contact you this is beyond self help.

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

  • jokers_tailor Jozef Koztelo (@jokers_tailor) reported from Birmingham, England

  • nickprocter27 Nick Procter (@nickprocter27) reported from Birmingham, England

@steveburnley @bt_uk Be entitled to some compensation then mate as a minimum. Give them a call and report a fault. May just be a fault on the network. 👍🏻

  • Joninwhite Old and Gold (@Joninwhite) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@wickwarwolf @btsport One hour and a half wait on the phone today to cancel sports package on Virgin Media. If I want to add it back on it would take 2 minutes online. #virginmedia

  • joshfoliee J O S H U A (@joshfoliee) reported from Birmingham, England

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  • StrideSteve Steve Stride (@StrideSteve) reported from Birmingham, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • Chr1spyduck Chris Lane (@Chr1spyduck) reported from Wombourne, England

@btsport poor that you’re still charging customers or won’t freeze payments while there’s no live sport on. Take a leaf out of @SkySports book.

  • leemulliss123 lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

  • CraigyLowe Craig (@CraigyLowe) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk all day l have been trying to help a fellow key worker get some damn assistance as our office is closing due to corona and she can’t work because you guys won’t sort her internet out. She’s called time and time again and you hang up!

  • mBiferi Marco (@mBiferi) reported

@bt_uk It's been 4 days and still no info on when will our service be back. You guys charge quite a good money for the service you provide. You guys have sent a mini hub that is nowhere near as fast as the speed I need to do my work from home. When are you giving us answers?

  • Kirstiefk Kirstie 💙 (@Kirstiefk) reported

@bt_uk I already did follow the options. As I explained in my tweet they aren’t listening to me. All they are interested in is the standard ‘claim form’ reply which is not appropriate here. The damage needs stopped, not allowed to get worse thanks to an incompetent engineer

  • carolewoddis @woddisreviews (@carolewoddis) reported

@bt_uk I'm at home and my signal is lousy. SE5. Why?

  • apowell01 Andy Powell, Bard Emeritus (@apowell01) reported

@BTCare terrible service, wont take ownership of their own problems, try and blame the applications that use their service rather than the service itself. Did no triage to eliminate the issue from their end. Very unhappy customer.

  • PaulOehme3 Paul Oehme (@PaulOehme3) reported

@bt_uk is there a problem with your service tried logging into my account, forgot login details received a pin and reset password and tried my new log in details yet still receiving a error message.

  • carolewoddis @woddisreviews (@carolewoddis) reported

@bt_uk What has happened to your internet service? For the past three weeks, the connection seems sometimes non existent. Has there been an outage in SE5, Camberwell?

  • nathanskene NathanAlexanderSkene (@nathanskene) reported

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Damn that sucks, sounds just as bad as openreach engineers doing maintenance on my street lucky the net didn’t go down… yet Lmao

  • newbie_clarke Stephanie Clarke (@newbie_clarke) reported

@bt_uk I'm really confused. Been without Internet in Billericay CM12 since Sunday. Received a text about an hour ago saying its working now yet mine isn't and when I look at services online it says there is a problem in area still. Have the issues been resolved or not? Thanks.

  • GarethHollyman Gareth Hollyman (@GarethHollyman) reported

@btbusinesscare You’ve got DM’s from me, you’ve been DMing me for days? You need to confirm you’ve cancelled all the erroneous orders you’ve placed, in writing via email, and confirm I’m staying on my existing package with no interruptions to service.
