    @Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    Great work from @btsport @btsportufc last nights ppv doesn’t work properly this morning.. come back on to try and watch again and the event is no longer there but there is spoilers to all the fights… Terrible!!!

    @btsport ufc event on the app not working on phone or TV app, can't cast it. Then gets taken off app all together. ME gets put back on but not HD. This must be the 3rd event running too, we pay a lot of money for this and you're dropping the ball.

    @bt_uk used the text service this morning and they want to send an engineer, which I don’t think is necessary. How can I speak to someone to tell them the actual issue, and they can then send me a new router (5 red lights..). I don’t believe I need an engineer for this.

    @bt_uk This is not an account-specific issue, a catch up event is not available on the BT Sport app/website for all users. After football, its your second biggest sport. This is not your personal fault, but its someone's. Spend less time editing it and more getting it uploaded.

    @UFCEurope @ufc you need to drop @btsport what's the point of paying if I can never actually watch UFC. I'd rather pay for a PPV from you guys direct in the UK..than waste another Sunday trying to see if the App is actually going to work.

    @bt_uk I can but it's not a me specific problem. It's your service problem. You haven't uploaded the fights into the app and you've spoiled the results of the fights for those of us who don't want to stay awake to 6am.

    @btsport @bt_uk This is absolutely ridiculous, the app is FILLED with spoilers and you cannot watch the PPV back anymore?! This is NOT worth the money currently and you need to fix it ASAP before you lose your subscribers.
