I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..
