@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

@bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

@bt_uk Why is your Internet ****? We had ee before with 70mbs good stable Internet Went and got bt broadband was told it would be faster then eebnow we have 55mbs and the Internet is unstable getting kicked of the Internet Phoned up and told there is nothing that can be done.

@BTCare My internet is dropping multiple times daily. Solid purple light followed by flashing orange, then orange and finally back to blue. No stability at all and an engineer was only here 2-3 weeks ago!

@bt_uk how do you expect a pensioner to have to change 1. their homehub plus 2 connect old landline phones to the new “digital voice” service, with very little warning.. This hasn’t been thought through at all and potentially will leave my mum without a phone. Really poor guys.
