@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • StrideSteve Steve Stride (@StrideSteve) reported from Birmingham, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • leemulliss123 lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

  • Joninwhite Old and Gold (@Joninwhite) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@wickwarwolf @btsport One hour and a half wait on the phone today to cancel sports package on Virgin Media. If I want to add it back on it would take 2 minutes online. #virginmedia

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tychee_ ty (@tychee_) reported

@bt_uk Hi Rita. I have reported the fault. I also did a tracert command and it looks like the problem is between the exchange and the router so it's not a fault on my end. It's a problem with openreach network so I guess anyone whos offline now is out of luck until its repaired. Oh well

  • AndrewMasson01 Andrew Masson 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@AndrewMasson01) reported

@BTCare Good Morning, how do I go about requesting a replacement router? I have been with BT for a while now never had an issue and over the last few weeks the router keeps resetting itself. Thanks Andrew

  • stuartrmoore Stuart Moore (@stuartrmoore) reported

@bt_uk any problems in the London area - we’ve lost broadband and your automated diagnostic service fails at the ‘refresh’ point

  • Mike34775 Michael (@Mike34775) reported

@Angels35Karen @bt_uk If you have ftc, a new provider is n’t going to make the faintest difference as the service will utilise the same faulty infrastructure.

  • TheComp24 Compounder (@TheComp24) reported

@bt_uk Yes it looks like there is. Will I need to wait until the estimated fix time is done? It says it will by 10:14pm

  • tinamreynolds Tina Reynolds (@tinamreynolds) reported

@bt_uk internet still completely atrocious even after the engineer spent hours trying to fix it. If anything, it might actually be worse. Guess tomorrow's task will be another few hours trying to get through on the phone 😶

  • APater6076 Alan (@APater6076) reported

@BTCare @Angels35Karen The engineer will plug in his tester and if it comes back and says no issues he will be told by his boss to move to the next job. That's how Openreach work now.

  • HagenShiro Shiro Hagen (@HagenShiro) reported

@UFCEurope @btsport You can't blame Herb for this, a split second can change everything in MMA. At the moment Herb moves, it looks like being a great decision, by the time the fight is actually stopped it looks a bad decision. Better safe than sorry when a fighters wellbeing is at risk though👍

  • Mike34775 Michael (@Mike34775) reported

@candicemcqueen1 @Angels35Karen @bt_uk I’ve seen it before with freestanding lamps - weird likes but does happen. I’d unplug everything you can and reboot your router and see if it makes a difference. If it does switch on 1 item at a time until you find out what’s causing the issue

  • mrsmendez clare (@mrsmendez) reported

@bt_uk we’re having ongoing issues with our broadband connection- engineer yesterday - still no better - will start looking for an alternative provider!
