Said my bband speed slow so played along for a while. (I'm xBT). Their objective to get access to your device via IP address. I blocked their number then the cheeky b**gers rang me again on 3 separate days using diff numbers.

It’s almost impossible to find out how to report issues to them. Issues in Bearwood include filthy interiors, flyposting, smashed handsets... minimal investment in their upkeep.

Still getting emails from @TalkTalk offering us full fibre too! Mobile coverage very poor here as well
