@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Depending on the time it was collected would affect when you would receive it. BT can you confirm when parcelforce collected the ps5s?

@bt_uk Sadly it seems we are going round in circles. 1) reported issue on 8th, diag check reported fault 2) 14th phone line ok but broadband still poor 3) repeat process on 15th and diagnostics check showing fault. We cannot continue with such poor broadband when working from home!
