    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @BTCare never really resolving my internet strength probs, me buying a booster the family complaining of the lack of signal + a frequency the final straw for me trying to work from home with the 💩 signal. How far from the router? One 🤚on keyboard one on router, that close.

    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

    @lucifersangel56 @Luisa47132714 @bt_uk I'm not paying extra for call screening, I used to play along then hang up abruptly or like you, give them a mouthful but it just wound me up. A relative will text me with "plug in your landline" as it's cheaper, only time I use it.

    @bt_uk Its not a problem with my device because as i said All Devices Keep disconnecting all the time computer tv mobile watch everything! That is happening with other people in the building. Or is the cables or is the router so send someone to investigate and fix the problem

    @bt_uk No, there is an area wide issue. It was supposed to be resolved yesterday. Today we’re were assured it would be fixed by 10am. It is still not resolved

    @bt_uk BT have shown themselves to be super bad customer service providers as well as internet providers. Just had mt fix date cancelled for the fourth time!!!!
