@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

.@EE changed me £349 for a phone call I made trying to sort out airport help for my disabled son. I hear others were let off similar payments for being ‘valued customers’. Obviously 12 years and 5 current phones/ SIMs with them don’t make me one of those.

@EE Please STOP. If I need help, I'll contact you. We had a power cut. No doubt everyone was trying to use the mobile network, although signal has always been hit or miss in the village/my house. But my walls are also 2 feet thick.
