Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.
-
Linzie Hunter (@linziehunter) reported from Camberwell, England@I_like @EE Indeed - it was was a horrible experience. I felt like I had to justify to the caller why I’d left negative feedback. The first I said was I didn’t want to have the call. 😐
-
Danny Whitebread (@WhitebreadDanny) reported from Camberwell, England.@EE why have I just spent over an hour sat in your Peckham store trying to get signed up as a new customer by your incompetent employees, who after an hour of failed tablets and multiple forms they ask if I can come back another day? No thanks, I’ll go with someone else, ta.
-
Gareth Wyn (@garethwyn70) reported from Lambeth, EnglandIs there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.
-
mark garratt (@markjg65) reported from Camberwell, England@EE the mobile signal is very poor and sometimes non existent in SE24 currently
-
Kevin Nolan (@knolanuk) reported from Lambeth, England@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

S@NDY🙋♀️ (@sandy118118) reported from Croydon, England@EE hello I’m in Croydon and my reception is really bad a lot of the time. No idea why? My work phone is EE too and cuts out frequently on calls?

-
James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.
-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, EnglandThe last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.
-
Baserbillion Art (@BaserbillionArt) reported from Bromley, EnglandI joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Andy (@B21DGY) reported@EE why is your app/website so, so bad. Especially for business customers!! It's been the same for years too! Please sack your designers and get a child to do it with Ai
-
Mathew.C.Mara (@tatsuo367) reported@alwaysMadManC87 @EE Tbf its so irritating that most voicemails dont give the option to cancel etc. When I worked on calls sometimes it goes to vm either without you realising or as you're hanging up or leaving notes yourself
-
Craig Newby (@Newby13Craig) reportedAnyone having problems getting thou to @EE last 4 Calls were holding over 40 minutes at a time
-
Jacqui Archer (@jacqui_archer) reported@EE Hi, I'm trying to work from home and my broadband keeps going down. This is the 2nd time I've reported it
-
Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reportedAbsolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
-
Kev (@KevlarBrock) reportedLess than an hour after an @EE home engineer visit (that resolved nothing) we’re down yet again. I think this is now the beginning of the end. Hey @Plusnet 👋🏻
-
Martin Trew (@mptrew) reported@EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.
