@EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

@EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

.@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

@EE @Ofcom updated my 4 lines with EE. They failed the deal 200gb they offered. logged complaint, offered unlimited deal on all lines failed again, only applied unlimited to 2 lines, manager calling me 2day, say 2 lines will remain 200gb.complaint reopened EE LIED- cancel 4 lines

@EE I am absolutely astounded with the lack of customer service. I have 3 open complaints. Someone needs to contact me quickly as I am absolutely raging. You need to contact me ASAP 😡😡
