    @EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

    @EE I called up and they said there was problems with my area. They will solve it it’s been 24 months now and there had been times where they have compensated me. However majority of the time I have been given false promises and been lead on

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    @EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

    Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    @EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

    @EE Thanks for the assistance, I’ve tried what you suggested and my speed is now 45Mb (just above the ofcom minimum) despite the EE router claiming it’s 60Mb. I’ve done some network diagnostics and everything seems to be dropping packets every couple of seconds 🤔

    My contract finished 2 and half months ago, and @EE have been charging me full price. I asked for a refund or money to be taken off my future bill, and I am being told £30 good will gesture. They easily have £100 for me. Expect a formal complaint.

    @EE Very Disappointed today after receiving a new contract and device for the LTD Business as a valued customer / client. Phone arrived in a box, no charger and no cable. As a maritime Business this is vital. Disgusted and very very unhappy and disappointed, I was not informed
