@EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

@EE Yes. It was a long hard lesson with @three that on paper they offered the same for more than half the price but in reality it was a dumpster fire of a service. Terrible customer support. Smug social team and diabolical data speeds and coverage. So not cheap at all really!

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

@EE please confirm when you’ll resolve the issues in KT6. This has been ongoing for over 4 weeks already with the services barely usable in that location. Last update from the service status now shows several more weeks minimum, which is not acceptable.

Always amazes me that when you call @EE to upgrade the people can’t be bothered to help and find you a good deal. Family member gets upgrade and gets a good deal and then I call and can’t get any where near it. Been with them for years and now looks like it is coming to an end.

Spent 20 min trying to log into @EE mobile app... Added 5 quid no problem there. But when I want to buy a pack or data add-on IT DOESN'T WORK. Not on the app not on the browser. They just yoinked my money nice :)

Just had the weirdest experience dealing with @EE support. A thing didnt happen as I was told it would so I contacted them via chat. I assume it was above the pay grade of the first guy cause he disappeared and I got someone else, who *insisted* on raising a complaint.
