-
Dave Pettey (@DavePettey) reportedService is steadily getting worse and still no support. Getting random Internet outages daily now for anywhere from 10 minutes up to 40 minutes currently. Yet assure me there is nothing wrong. @EE
-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@WeAreOpenreach @EE If Openreach can’t sort them self out and supply a reliable service, then we should be allowed to cancel our contracts free of charge. It’s a complete shambles that many of us are self employed and can’t work. @Starlink can you come to the rescue!!!!.
-
Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reportedAbsolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.
-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@WeAreOpenreach @EE Yet again another failure of Service, Fibre went down on 14th, engineer showed up Daniel Cox today, internet went down again after 1hr that’s all properties on the road again. It’s just not good enough!!!
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩
-
Michael Cryne (@michael_cryne) reported@markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

C.A.T. (@CATMANU79) reported@bmstewart2004 Was with @EE who are ****. Just left them for @Virgin £91.99 for e'thing+1gb. Was stuck in a 2yr contract after being forced to switch from BT.
