Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! Didn't realise it was £4 PER MINUTE. £116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a £137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?
