They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB.
