EE Issues Reports Near Westerham, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Westerham and nearby locations:

  • garethwyn70 Gareth Wyn (@garethwyn70) reported from Lambeth, England

Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

  • Champion3Claire Claire Champion (@Champion3Claire) reported from Bromley, England

@EE Great to offer NHS staff unlimited data until October, thanks. But so frustrating to try to sign up and hit a brick wall over logging in. It’s not working! Please sort it out! #StayHomeSaveLifes #NHSThankYou

  • djmikeziolek Mike Ziolek (@djmikeziolek) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

The @EE mast in central #TunbridgeWells has been down since 3am last Wednesday. C’mon EE, this isn’t rocket science! Get it sorted.

  • adrian_pennelli Mr P (@adrian_pennelli) reported from Croydon, England

So @EE when you say you wouldnt is that because you physically can't or is it because you choose not too despite the fact you're going to loose a customer. Unbelievably poor. #poorservice #EE @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog

  • JDecruz10 Jamie Decruz (@JDecruz10) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

Although it’s not top of my priority list at the moment... @EE is there a reason my phone signal is really poor and I am unable to make outgoing calls 📞

  • adrian_pennelli Mr P (@adrian_pennelli) reported from Croydon, England

@EE One of the worst companies I have dealt with and owned by BT too Loyalty to them appears to mean not one jot But loyalty is a 2 way door so I'll let my dreadful contract run out & walk away All they do is take take take #shockingcustomercare @MartinSLewis @BriTisHTeleCOmz

  • johnrahers It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Hi. The post code I was working in today with zero signal was somewhere in Brixton, SW2. Also Clapham SW4. Don’t know the rest of the codes

  • mattlawley703 Matt Lawley (@mattlawley703) reported from Croydon, England

@EE hi I’ve ordered 2 phones last week so that my work colleagues can work from home. No news on the order or delivery. Can you update or cancel and refund and I’ll order elsewhere pls

  • Beige29 DarkBeige (@Beige29) reported from Merton, England

Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

  • chrisgolds Christopher Golds (@chrisgolds) reported from Lambeth, England

@tonyprod77 @jimwaterson @marcio_delgado @SkyUK @ThreeUK @EE and never looked back. @ThreeUK was so poor I could sometimes barely send a tweet due to lack of signal. 🙄

  • TimboBagginses Tim F (@TimboBagginses) reported from East Grinstead, England

@PaulaEllison @EE Feel for one of these when tired. Leads to a call from your 'bank' claiming you've had money stolen to try and phish login details.

  • SmudgerAndy Andy Smith (@SmudgerAndy) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @EE please get in touch ASAP to help resolve this request 👇

  • adrian_pennelli Mr P (@adrian_pennelli) reported from Croydon, England

So @EE Im an unhappy customer I pay circa £50 a month for a mediocre phone & contract I have 11 months left on my contract & feel Im being taken for granted Im very dissapointed & dissatisfied I would not recommend your company Do the right thing #MobilePhones #EE #poorservice

  • Ant_RTW Ant (@Ant_RTW) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

  • amandab_UK Amanda (@amandab_UK) reported from London, England

@LovesTKandSP @EE They provided me with a booster as mine was terrible at home, problem solved

  • johnrahers It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Hi Mickey, I wouldn’t be able to help you as I don’t have the time to respond to your fruitless communications. :) John

  • tariqtahir tariq tahir (@tariqtahir) reported from London, England

@EE you’re service is as slow as mid 90s dial up speed

  • Ant_RTW Ant (@Ant_RTW) reported from Bromley, England

Rail delays wouldn’t be such an issue if there was consist phone signal on the track. I’m with @EE and I have loss of signal for 60% of my journey from #TunbridgeWells into London #southeastern

  • lisa661974 lisa lou (@lisa661974) reported from London, England

@EE is there a problem with your mobile data this evening.

  • mouseldn 🍋 (@mouseldn) reported from London, England

@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DonnyLebowski Anthony Reid (@DonnyLebowski) reported

@ee slapping a 4% increase in charges when inflation is just 0.6% is pretty poor form!

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Ok well that's a shame, because I've been a customer of EE since 2010 (and Orange before that). I'm now looking at satellite broadband, which I'm told is expensive... Turns out it's the same monthly price I'm paying for 1Mbps 🙄

  • DavidBayley13 David Bayley (@DavidBayley13) reported

@EE Checkout is still not working.

  • Davebwfc21 Dave james (@Davebwfc21) reported

@EE @DavidBayley13 Same problem here aswell

  • welshfreak Stu Roberts (@welshfreak) reported

@Matthewhewitt84 @EE but their customer service is shockingly bad!!

  • y99waytem87 Michael Wayte (@y99waytem87) reported

@bt_uk broadband almost as **** as @EE it take 2 hours to watch 1 hour programme

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Yeah I've already got a data booster box from you, so I can use my mobile at home, because there is no 4G signal where I live. However, that booster box relies on the router and its 1Mbps speed. How would a 4G router work?

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Estimated download speed range given on your website is 1-5Mbps. Consistently in the 20th percentile. Every video call I do is interrupted by weak signal, despite signal boosters/cables (rather than WiFi). Can any discount be offered if service can't be improved?

  • FxJohnjohn FxJohn (@FxJohnjohn) reported

@EE your phone signal is pathetic constantly dropping out

  • FawcettJordon jordon fawcett (@FawcettJordon) reported

@EE Loses connection every night between 7pm and 9pm, the box is forever flashing yellow and when it does work it’s really slow
