    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once youโ€™ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    Rail delays wouldnโ€™t be such an issue if there was consist phone signal on the track. Iโ€™m with @EE and I have loss of signal for 60% of my journey from #TunbridgeWells into London #southeastern

    @EE One of the worst companies I have dealt with and owned by BT too Loyalty to them appears to mean not one jot But loyalty is a 2 way door so I'll let my dreadful contract run out & walk away All they do is take take take #shockingcustomercare @MartinSLewis @BriTisHTeleCOmz

    @AppleSupport so now three weeks without iPhone SE- Group 8 now tell me it has been returned to Apple so I have no opportunity to ask @EE to look at this. How much longer to sort a replacement phone? This is unacceptable for me - the customer

    @EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ™ƒ #FixMyBroadbandEE

    @scriobh @EE I would recommend you get someone in to check your aerial. Usually a signal fault or faulty tv amp.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
