It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

@EE and BT really need to sort your **** wifi singal out!! We live in a town and the reception is shocking, even a WiFi extension doesn't work properly and we're fed up of it!! I've had to use my 4G data which is now nearly all gone just to stream my workout video!
