Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

After several tries it finally accepts me. Go away and come back again and I get no access at all. Some improvement! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I bought the roam max pass but neither my phone or my Partners is working and I can’t turn on roaming in my app it won’t let me and I CANNOT call customer service at all I csnt call or text anyone
