Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

Rail delays wouldn’t be such an issue if there was consist phone signal on the track. I’m with @EE and I have loss of signal for 60% of my journey from #TunbridgeWells into London #southeastern

@EE Shame on you ee! My 80 year old mother was mis-sold a business mobile contract for 36 months @ £48 per month #Disgraceful. Customer service hide behind t&c's, hang your heads in shame, you are stealing money out of the pockets of elderly and vulnerable people.

@EE I’ve been through this process many many times - rec’d new routers, had engineers out etc. It can only be down to a poor BT line install which cuts out intermittently. @WeAreOpenreach need to offer a fibre to the house option. Or a-n-other fibre provider.
