    @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

    @__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

    Damn, what a shame. Literally can't get signal on @EE 4G connection but O2 4G is super high speeds. I need to rethink the network provider. I would use my O2 but only have limited data on my phone 😬😬

    @EE This has been the same for nearly a year all I get is texts saying work is being carried out at St Osyth absolutely a waste of money your calls and texts are no problem it’s your data the highest speed was 3.5mbps worse than dial up ,postcode is a holiday park

    @EE I've been with you over 25 years, have 4 handsets. My 21yo son has cut me off and refuses to pay £66 for his mobile. I have terminal cancer and I can't afford to pay that too. But you would help me. Shame on you.
