Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Why are mobile phone companies so useless

Shelt (@sheltonjb) reported@mouthwaite @caitlinmoran @EE Nah. Use sky mobile, its a piggyback off o2, never had a problem with it and it costs me about £20 a month. You can even share data with others in your house if you need too aswell.

Heard great things about Giff Gaff too that seems to be getting mentioned lots so there's options. If they treat u bad this long, your loyalty can only take so much
