They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.
