Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

@EE i live in a very rural area and the few places i can get a signal is in fields frequented only by sheep. Several people who get a decent signal use @ee. Your coverage map says i should get a good signal. Is there a way to demonstrate this before signing up?
