I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

I’m now having to wait another 10 days for an engineer to maybe turn up. You have to be able to reconnect me in this interim period as I can’t work via hotspot from my phone

I paid for an upgrade on the 16/5 and waited until today for an engineer appointment, who didn't turn up. You disconnected me and I can't work for 10 days via hotspot. As my provider you have to do better

I paid for my upgrade on 16/5 and waited 10 days for the first available engineer appt which was today. They didn’t turn up today 1/2
