Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

People should put in letters of complaint against companies that are using inflation to make a quick payday when they're already making huge profits. I'm sure I read complaints add up against them.

Regardless of CPI, this is misrepresentation and a poor show. 2/2 people rely on connectivity should consider being less ‘reliant’

Considering they have BT satellites as well, the signal is poor. Definitely not worth the price they charge @EE epic fail with the new charges with poor service
