Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

@EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

@EE Are you having website issues? Looking at upgrades and constantly having a page not found page come up. Can look at phantom white s21 but not the black for example
