  • laura_day6
Laura ๐Ÿ’™ (@laura_day6) reported from Ilford, England

@EE on hold to customer service for 20 minutes, then when itโ€™s answered they immediately hang up. Ahhhh! No wonder thereโ€™s โ€œhigh volumeโ€ on your cancellations line (Not me being a Karen ๐Ÿ‘€)

  • RahShivji

@EE What a joke of a company, two hours spent on the chat trying to sort out an issue of a tablet upgrade, and being charged for two tablets. All I get is bullshit, by no marks, almost trying to insinuate its my fault. Not taking it laying down. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

  • Wozza777
    Wozza (@Wozza777) reported

@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network

  • BagFleaBag
    Jo Oliver ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง (@BagFleaBag) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Oh and the mast had gone down too so the mobile phone wouldnโ€™t work either! I had to drive over to check on my parents.

  • cliffc100
    cliff cook (@cliffc100) reported

@EE @TheDealEnvoy Its just a fake spoofing number stepchainge are a ligitimate organisation that help people in debit nothing to do with ee

  • LumpyPete
    Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.

  • hunterredfieldd
    Hunter (@hunterredfieldd) reported

@EE @LeilaniDowding This is why everybody should buy a mesh network device. These companies couldnโ€™t care less about you losing your service, they only care about getting their monthly payment.

  • Mcurley40Curley
    Michael Curley (@Mcurley40Curley) reported

@KinkygroovyHez @EE @O2 are a nightmare as well nine weeks to cancel a sim only contact!!

  • HParf
    Helen (@HParf) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

  • mindthegap2018
    MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported

@EE @mjpeterz22 How can I request some help?

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE @EE Suppose I owed EE loads of money and I said this other person will pay off the debt for me, but they fail to do so? Would you think my debt is their responsibility, or mine? The gift cards are EE's responsibility, not some 3rd party.
