    Someone from @EE needs to give us a call very soon, because your in store customer service is absolutely horrifying every time and sick of being messed around and dismissed by staff. But as long as you have money every month then what do they care.

    Thanks @ee for using only #IPv6 great for you to force this on users when not every #ISP provides support for it so now my 3CX app wont work as its hosted on a IPv4 server as the ISP dont supply IPv6

    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    @EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

    .@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

    Why do so many companies find it difficult to say the word "increasing". Prices seem to be "changing" or "new" or "updating" but never increasing even though that is reality! Any answers @EE, @AmazonUK, @NetflixUK???

    @EE Hi Grant, We've been round in circles with it since Dec 2022 and I am going to leave in December when my contract expires having been with Orange/EE since 1994. I had little to no problems until this situation but it was handled very badly.

    The problem of the week is @o2de. Seriously @EE, I'm begging you, make another roaming deal for Germany. I'm sure T-Mobile wants more money, but I'll pay a fiver extra or something. This network is just unusable. Literally went from one bar to offline to EDGE as I typed this.

    @EE 45 minutes on the phone for you to hang up...I have three new SIMS and need to know if these have been assigned to one of my three mobile numbers as the paperwork does not indicate so. Or can I use any of the new SIMS and then PAC code my current number over...confused

    @EE Appalling service. So shocked to have received this diabolical customer service from you guys. Me and my friend applied for a new phone on the same day. Since we have not been able to access our pac or numbers. We have had wrong bills and billing dates. An extra phone.
