@EE Getting very annoyed now. No home broadband for 3 days and in the past month had to troubleshoot everytime I switch on the router. Please help me get this sorted or don't take money out my account when it doesn't work!

@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE further to earlier post. Rang 150 spoke to guide. Pass appears to be active. Talked me through selecting network. Done that. Says I'm registered on network. Still can't get online. You're ruining my holiday. Spent £25 and more that 6 hours on this. Just refund the money.

@EE What is going on with your shocking broadband? All week at 21:00 it goes down everything freezes cannot download ANYTHING to watch and your system checker is saying it’s fine! It definitely isn’t… if it was it would be working. I want to make a formal complaint!

@EE need some help, currently out of the country with no roaming. I was talking to a customer service guide this morning via the app. apps crashed on me and logged me out. I can’t get back into the app as it says I need a passcode which you’ll send to me. But I can’t receive it

3rd month in a row im unable to view my @EE broadband bill and customer service have been no help! According to them everything is correct..... even though im unable to veiw my bloody bill! Worst network ever why @bt_uk moved me over I'll never know 😪
