Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

Iโve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I donโt answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

They offered me compensation once the problem was solved. I don't even work there anymore and I'm yet to see any compensation. @EE you still treat your customers like this?

I was told that as long as I paid this Thursday I would not be cut off. Despite this I had no service as of today when I arrived at hospital to be with a sick relative.
