@EE please tell me why your service has been so bad over the last 12 months plus.. i rarely get more than 2 bars on my phone. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE data would not work all day yesterday. Not the first time. In general on a daily basis, service is bad.please don't blame the storm. This is ongoing for a long time now. My phone continously cutting out and says no service. Mostly reliant on my home broadband for wifi calls!

I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

Do people with a VPN on @EE have problems with no connection like @ThreeUKSupport ? I'm gonna have to switch to EE if customers have no issues. Absolutely fuming. Have had no problems all year now suddenly can't protect myself while on the internet with certain things.

@EE I need to query an order I never received. When I call I'm sent through a maze of automated options and no idea how to actually talk to someone.Even sending a message here I get an automated response. App is useless. £229 down at the moment. DPD equally terrible.

@EE wow you really do make it hard to speak to a human being. Tried numerous times to speak to somebody and just results in my call getting ended and diverted elsewhere which is no good! Very poor
