  Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

  Ok, my mb isn't that old. I'm being bombarded with messages from @EE to upgrade! Now notifications are hit & miss. Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

  @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

  @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.   @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?
