  @EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

  @briavelsjon @EE That is literally what I did. I logged it with the the app and I tweeted it here. There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  Still no internet and @EE are liars who put me as a priority only to reject and say they needed my medical records to put me as a priority again, I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not help in any way and refuse to find solutions for working people who can't be at home
