@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

@EE I'm having issues with the My EE app on Android at the moment. It won't open at all at the moment and keeps getting stuck on a white screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but the issue is persisting.

It takes a ******* eternity & 9 times out of 10 there is a fault in the system & it tells you to try again later. This is common practice but only with the EE website, not with anyone else's websites. Not only do you want email & password but you also insult me by making me tick a box confirming I'm not a robot who just flew in from planet Neptune. Then you make me play some stupid retarded game whereby I have to click on all the pretty pictures that have a bus or motorcycle in them. Not once but over & over again. If you're lucky enough to eventually satisfy this moronic nonsense you then make me go find my phone & get a code EE have sent to it. Then after I enter this stupid verification bullshit code EE tells me they can't log me in at the moment as there's a fault in the system & would I please try again later. YOU ARE *************** OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH A COMPANY WHOSE POLICY IS TO ONLY EMPLOY RETARDED SPASTICS & INTELLECTUAL CRIPPLES. So I have moved and have tried EE for internet. The promises most definitely do not match the service and to add insult to injury they want me to spend money for more equipment so they can supply what they said they would in the first place! Best provider, I think not. @EE
