I speak to @EE on Thursday who tell me they are a company who have not taken part in consumer law in 2016.....

This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Rochelle Theaker (@roch123) reported from Cardiff, WalesAbsolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

The contract states "up to". However, you always use the maximum increase you are allowed. This implies a bad faith in your contracts in that you suggest it may be less.

The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for
