It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

You did provide a temp fix via dm yesterday, but why has it been over 24 hours now with this issue? Especially when I had a text saying all issues are now resolved. Thanks.
