  Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

  @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service
