@EE I’m disgusted! added @Apple Watch 40mm online to my plan to then be told on 📞 that no stock! 40mm with no upfront cost must be replaced by 44mm WITH an upfront cost!! I pay over £100pcm to @EE, no way paying a cost. No help from @EE. You’re advertising on your app IS WRONG!

@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

@EE husband took out a contract but never received the sim etc but today got a bill !! Called EE to be told need to contact a different number, over hour later still on hold. Just want to cancel as no sim, a bill for nothing and poor customer service. How can he resolve this.

Hey @VOXI_UK, can you guys advise please how I get “merge calls” / set up 3 way calling? I get the option to “add call” and ring the 3rd person but I can only “swap” calls not “merge” to create a conference call PS to @EE, @TomosTemp has same issue with you guys
