  Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

  @EE can you explain why the people operating your live chat service aren’t clear like those on the phones. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times.   @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.
