My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

I moved two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to supply my new home and all the responses that I get is that it will be fixed in 48h and then nothing. Terrible customers support.
