Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

Hi @EE any reason why I've lost signal in ZE2 area? The weather is normal, no wind, rain or snow. Normally it ls totally fine
