@EE Hi, I’ve had pretty much no 4G coverage in CF24 today. Sometimes no signal at all. I usually receive a text if there’s a problem but I’ve not had one this time. Can you confirm if there’s a problem in this area? Thanks.

@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

@EE mobile internet in ex31 3GE is terrible for 10 days+ website always says fix due in 16hrs. Would like to know if and when will be fixed so can plan.

@EE Thanks for the quick response, the positive feedback is for one agent all the others sucked. The agent had been working there for 13 years and sorted out the problem within 10minutes forgot to asked his name, but happy with the results.

@EE Thanks for your reply. One of us has a WiFi calling capable phone, the other not. However what's really needed is for @EE to do something about the historically poor signal strength in this area - very poor, despite the claims on your coverage maps

Hi @EE I'm being told I've used 80% of my data this month already (36gb of 40gb!???). My internet has been terrible recently, but still not sure how I've used 36gb in 13 days, especially when I was at home with Covid for 8 of them! Any idea what's happened here?!
