@EE Any known issues in Cardiff CF11 please? No websites loading and my work VPN has dropped off for about 15 minutes now. Have reset router and the light is ‘aqua’ colour again it still no joy.

@EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

@EE It’s about the continued signal issues and having to ring each month and my husband checked yesterday & they haven’t given him his credits I’ve had to buy another sim with another network just to have signal & if I cancelled my contracts they still want to charge me

@123why_ @EE Yep did that the claim went in on the 25th of October I have sent them numerous emails keep getting fobbed off with " we are having tech problems, can you confirm your address " been a customer of EE and Samsung for years that will not be continued.

Hey @EE may I make a suggestion? Change your system to not automatically disconnect and cancel numbers just because people do not put credit on their phones. With public wifi etc people use Whatsapp and messanger more and more and do not need to top up to call or text.
