I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. At 13.17 got a text to say it had been sent. The “best possible solution” is actually listening to customers. Complaints address please.

And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.
