  @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

  @Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question.   @EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

  @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

  Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis
