@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

I think it is time to leave @EE after many years of being a customer. They are clearly struggling and in my own situation things are just going from bad to worse, with random amounts now being taken out of my account and each attempt at intervention just creating a bigger problem
