@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

1/2 have been with @EE since they took over from orange. Rang them twice at the end of my contract to explore price matching a sim only deal. Told twice no, this is our deal and all we are willing to offer. Cut my losses and took out a sim only deal with another network.

Sad when you have to call your service provider of over 10 years @EE to upgrade your phone after much thought and deliberation. And then you get a rude and abrasive person with little or no patience. We've all suffered in this pandemic. Been thinking about @VodafoneUK switch too!

@EE Your internet service is diabolical. And worse, you've replaced your human call centre people - who were very helpful - with an automated system stuck in an infinite loop. Despite 3 engineers visiting, and promises to fix my service, you continue to fail after three months!
