I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? Not only was I not told about ‘extra charges’ on my bill, they weren’t on the itemisation and the man at 150 was just incredibly rude and patronising to me on the phone. Am in shock!

My wife is at home atm and always finds the signal extra bad at home downstairs for some reason. It hardly ever picks up a signal. I hope things get better soon
