@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE thank you very much for being the caring compassionate company you profess to be. My daughter has had numerous issues and now you have cut her phone off completely. Baring in mind she has Preaclampsia and high blood pressure a poorly toddler and I am 100 miles away.

Really want to upgrade with @EE but they never have 13 pro max in stock - keeps saying wait is over 28 days and they are still asking for £100 upfront - which isn’t acceptable as a customer of 8yrs - having to look elsewhere

Been with @VodafoneUK for over 12 years my phone bill has never been less than £150 pound a month my contract is due to end finally they can’t wave the upfront cost when they are the only company who have an upfront cost so think it’s time to move to @EE

@EE Had a 4GEE WIFI mini for almost 12 months and it's never worked. I've phoned up a couple of times and had charges cancelled and then I keep getting charged again for something that never worked. Lots of issues with these devices but no solution it seems...
