    @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), isn't broke on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

    @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

    @EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

    Upgraded phone yesterday with @ee as current phone completely broken. Was told could get phone delivered today by #dpd. Spoke to ee at 13:15 to be told it wasnโ€™t in stock (delay in stock levels being updated on systems) but was now in stock & had been picked up by dpdโ€ฆ

    @EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

    Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with โ€œwere unable to retrieve your account details right nowโ€. Should I just give up before Iโ€™ve ever started? Itโ€™s already becoming stressful. ๐Ÿ™„

    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you canโ€™t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail

    I just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. Iโ€™d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?
