  • AustenMathieson
    𝙰𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚎𝚜𝚘𝚗 (@AustenMathieson) reported

@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

  • ulookingatmefu
    DR (@ulookingatmefu) reported

@EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

  • Oxford_Life
    In Oxford (@Oxford_Life) reported

@anon_opin Yup, Oxford's 5G signal - or lack thereof - with so-called "best coverage" @EE is atrocious even going around the city centre!

  • EddyCrowe
    Eddy Crowe (@EddyCrowe) reported

@MarkyTalk @EE I was with orange when Ee took over never got any loyalty at all so I left Ee for sky

  • i_drive_the_bus
    The Driver 🏴‍☠️ (@i_drive_the_bus) reported

And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

  • WorbleGames
    Ben (@WorbleGames) reported

@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  • ladysowandsow
Now you see me (@ladysowandsow) reported

@EE are there service issues today? The WiFi keeps dropping out and the service status link in your website isn’t working either..
