    Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

    @EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

    @EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

    @EE i have tried to remove the bt sport casting service by messaging 150 as advised on the app and it doesnt work! Ive been charged again this month for it!

    @EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

    I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

    @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

    @Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

    You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

    @EE bought an iphone thirteen yday (online) to replace my broken one. Was hoping for speedy replacement. Now told to be despatched within twenty one days. Need it sooner. Can you advise how long for restock? This phone useless.

    Don’t buy the @EE roaming add-on: if you travel to Europe, it simply doesn’t work. No way to fix it, despite frustrating and long calls to customer service while you should to spend time on holiday, not talking with unhelpful people after hours of waiting time.

    @EE @glastonbury I used to watch this late at night. Never particularly wanted to be there, but when I saw “actor” Zelensky appearing there that was enough for me to not bother this year. Paul McCartney (Faul?) can’t sing any more and I saw a short clip of Diana Ross that sounded flat! PC💩

    Wanted to switch my bb provider and mobile network. Turns out my preferred choice of a @bt_uk and @EE package deal were dashed when I found out the broadband speed in my area is generated by a tortoise on a hamster wheel.

    @EE @glastonbury EE couldn’t connect Wembley when I was there in May. The coverage was so poor I couldn’t even get I my betting app !

    Adding insult to this both @EE and @AmazonUK seem to be blaming the technical issue on each other. Customers couldn’t care less who’s responsible just that a fix is underway and that this service will be working again.

    @EE Hi again, it's not showing any network issues. They've just replied and asked me to remove and reinsert my SIM card but that hasn't worked so they'll need to investigate further. Thanks anyway!
