@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE #crapservice #worstmobileprovider How bad is it that you book a call with EE to discuss leaving and they don't call you back. Then you request to unlock your phone and 10days later you are still waiting for the unlock code! Useless service.

@EE No broadband literally all day - Newport Isle of Wight. Engineer coming in the morning thankfully - but what gives!? I've had nothing but problems with your service ever since I joined. Engineers out, phonecalls complaining about no WiFi etc at least 3 times a year.
