@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

Are @EE not bothered about keeping existing customers anymore? The whole retentions side of them is really poor. Offered the same deals as new customers? In some cases, worse? Not sure what's gone wrong with them!

@EE just wondering why it's so difficult to contact you by phone (there's literally no option just to speak to customer services), or fill in the online bereavement form (it won't accept my mum's number as a valid number) to let you know my mum (the account holder) has died.
