  Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

  @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

  Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

  @EE Yes but when you order it the shop tells you dispatched in one day. Now been 8. Wheat into the store now told could be another 28 days. No contact from EE extremely poor customer service. Just talked friends into going with 3 when they Hurd my story

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.   @EE Morning. I spent 55 minutes on the phone to technical support and another department last night to no avail. Solution proposed was to change my subscription to different hub at extra £15 per month! No further forward and still items dropping WiFi at will

  @EE Apparently thats already been done, but it hasnt. My broadband speed has been diabolical for over a year. I raised this in February this year. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....
