I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

This hasn't been resolved no, they say I have to wait for an engineer to come on the 2nd October! My daughter has to work from home again from Sunday coming due to government covid announcement. I was told an engineer would turn up on Saturday morning, they never showed up. I was then advised you would send a 4g mifi out which still hasn’t happened!!!
