  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.

  @EE Can government seek the ARREST of EE Chief executive & charge them for running a company that failed to do anti money laundering checks or address checks? EE should be issued £1 billion fine as penalty. That will help the treasury & clamp down on criminal companies like EE!

  @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.
