  @EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

  I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

  @vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred

  @SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?
