@EE I’ve tried twice in two days’ running to perform the simple task of dropping off a phone at the Richmond store so that it can be sent off for repair. Your system is down for the second day running - this just isn’t good enough!

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

@Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

@EE we have had no Internet signal since the 7th Sept. We have been in contact and told there is an issue and it would he fixed in 8 hours..Still nothing. Our direct messages have still not been answered.
