  @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

  @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

  @daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

  @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

  @EE what a disgrace!! Best customer service?? I don’t think so. Phone stolen and reported immediately to EE who FAILED TO BLOCK IT! Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  @EE Just talked to Dylan who has told us the contract cant be cancelled until its been installed ! Another agent Taylor told us this morning it had been cancelled? This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

  @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄
