    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @EE Hi David, thanks for your lovely msg. Sadly, after 20 yrs I think it’s time for me to leave @EE. Apart from the EE’s Social Media team I’ve only ever had really bad customer service. It shouldn’t be like this; EE is too big to care. Thanks for trying.

    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @EE Home broadband. Never seen speeds over 3mb/s even through ethernet, and now had a week of random disconnects every hour. The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?

    Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint
