EE Issues Reports Near Finsbury, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Finsbury and nearby locations:

  • AdamJuniper Adam Juniper (@AdamJuniper) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Also this network (EE) has to improve the signal/coverage at my post code E178SN on 3&4&5G is rubbish for everyone in Walthamstow London

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE The problem with EE is that they pay and go price plans are a major rip off

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

  • issavibe95 Sholeve Davies 🇸🇱 (@issavibe95) reported from Croydon, England

@EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years 🙃🥴🙃 #FixMyBroadbandEE

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE Hopefully one day this company can lower the cost of the pay and go price plans 60GB Of data at £30 is a very bad deal

  • adebradley Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

  • EwanJStevenson Ewan Stevenson (@EwanJStevenson) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE how much longer will there be network issues in SW4? It’s starting to get really frustrating now

  • warrenmcgrath1 Warren (@warrenmcgrath1) reported from Bromley, England

  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Camden Town, England

@dazzabird @EE Never went further than Stratford tonight.

  • jmcomms Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England

@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

  • Laura_Rads Laura 🐐 (@Laura_Rads) reported from Wandsworth, England

@sarahbrookes1 @EE Absolutely agree!! Instead it’s new customers. Been that way for years that’s why it’s so bad

  • paulstevenlewis Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

  • warrenmcgrath1 Warren (@warrenmcgrath1) reported from Bromley, England

@EE are there any outages or problems in Bromley? Internet down and has been most of the day.

  • adebradley Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England

@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

  • Mr_MartinCalder Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England

@_marktweets @EE Only problem with EE is the company over charge on pay & go I mean 60Gb of data for £30 is very expensive as where smarty is unlimited everything for £15

  • MrNickSwan Nick Swan (@MrNickSwan) reported from Richmond, England

You never know how much you rely on mobile data and your phone working, till you arrive abroad and your usually automatic roaming doesn't work. @EE it would be funny rather than enjoying. But roaming on my iPad works without a hitch. 🤔🤔🤔

  • CleanAirSheff Clean Air For Sheffield (@CleanAirSheff) reported

You will need to check signal before getting a SIM. @Luner_IoT is using the Three network and will cost £1 per SIM and about £1 per month data. If @ThreeUK no good in your area I recommend @EE for network coverage. 1GB of data per month more than enough.

  • annemarieclem Annemarie Clement (@annemarieclem) reported

@EE I had a text offer for unlimited data for £5 extra a month, my bill came out today and iv been charged £10 extra. Can you help please

  • daveLadlow Dave (@daveLadlow) reported

We’ll @EE I’m done, after being a customer for about 15 years, with currently 3 but sometimes 5 contracts, it’s time we came to an end, currently I’m about to upgrade, I’ll now be looking elsewhere, and mines due next year that’ll move to, I’m truly disappointed 👋

Went into the @EE store in Richmond on 7.09.2021 to order broadband, @bt_uk was recommended...order was placed yet I have heard nothing from you. Call today and told no order was placed... great, thank you for the excellent customer service #customerexperience

  • PringMaisie 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝘀 ★ (@PringMaisie) reported

Worst experience with @EE trying to upgrade my phone. Extremely disappointed with the service provided over the phone from multiple advisors. They processed the wrong order and provided incorrect information about availability in store. Now delayed and being asked to pay twice.
