When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

@EE @rootmetrics I struggle to believe this. Had issues with EE in numerous places, won’t release from contract as they’re not my postcode. It’s really as if my mobile phone cannot be mobile, that it’s a fixed line - they’re basically saying how dare you use your phone away from home.

@EE I read that texting "VM OFF" to 150 turns off Voice Mail, but 150 replies with "We've had a problem with your request, please try again a little later". Tried 3x, same result each time.
