Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

@EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

@EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

Such an amazing day at Silverstone soured only by the ineptitude of @O2 @ee are running 5G at almost 300mbps and @VodafoneUK brought extra mobile masts to cope with the load. O2 have masts down and are working their hardest to resolve. Absolute rubbish.

@heathyboyj @EE ... awful smart hub that you can't bridge so had to run 2 NATs and disable all of the firewalls to do port management from the Google WiFi. It's very hard to find just a Modem, or a cheap modem router with bridge mode

@Apple @EE 2 weeks I have had an apple watch 6. it only took 2 weeks for apple watch 6 to break and go to a permanent black screen, this is awful it was a huge mistake to move from android to the clunky apple 12 pro and an even bigger mistake to then invest in apple watch.
