I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@kirstii03 @EE Same here, have three phones, broadband and TV with EE. To stop a service with no like for like alternative is poor customer awareness. Move to BT but lose out on any data from the broadband benefit as this has to move to BT too. How is this move customer friendly?

@EE I was due to receive my upgrade on Wed 28th, for some reason you couldn’t deliver it. The soonest available date was today & again, you couldn’t deliver it. The earliest available delivery date is now Wed 5th, this is not good enough! Please fix this! I’d like my upgrade!

@EE Hi, thanks for communicating. I swapped smart benefits, removed the Video pass and reinstated it. Did another check with the EE app, there was 1.8GB left. I then watched a video on YouTube; checked again and it's down to 1.1GB left. The Video pass is not giving me free data.
