I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

The pin number you gave ne doesn't work, the PUK you gave me doesn't work, the old simcard doesn't work, my EE password doesn't work and my beautiful new phone is functionally a brick.
