    Now I have the truly truly shit @EE freeview package (literally the worst selection of channels on earth but boy is it cheap broadband) I only watch the main 5 channels or SVOD. W, Dave, ITV2 etc are dead to me

    Ah well. So it will be good riddence to @EE at the end of my contract and hello to @virginmedia and @Virgin as they have been excellent dealing with my wife's issues unlike you lot. Dreadful service from @EE where the customer is taken for granted. #poorservice #poorcustomercare

    Totally shocked by @EE … had a phone with them for two years, no issues with paying. Yet I can’t get an iPhone 13 pro max as I don’t earn enough, even with my husbands wages added on. No attempt to retain their customers either. Off to Vodafone I go

    @EE Quite ridiculous, I need am travelling abroad and want to acivate roaming on my EE account but it is blocked. greyed out. I see the solution is to call a +44 number, how am I expected to do that whilst abroad? Need to get this activated ASAP.
