@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

Contract with @EE expires in March, called to get contract info and no attempt at customer retention! Time to move to another provider after 10+ years paying 2 contracts. Coverage seems to have got worse over the last 18 months too.

@EE went 2 ur Woolwich brnch 2 get help wth new sim. was persuaded 2 change bb provider 2 Openreach & given combi deal. Hv now received info abt instal of Openreach & involves other flats in block. I didnt agree 2 this. I do not hv permission fm other flat ownrs. How do i cancel?

finally done it. after over 25 years and having never been with another provider ive left @EE . My bill has been going up and up a ridiculous amount. i only use less than 1gb data, no calls, no texts and with new increase would be £28...
