  • ianeastlondon IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from City of London, England

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. @EE Reading on Mumsnet how as part of your call centre induction you make your staff moo like a cow and have dance-offs. Absolutely disgusting. I thought this sort of rubbish died out in the naughties. I'd never use EE on this basis alone. Making adults moo like a cow? Really?
