@EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

@virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

@EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

@EE No resolution other than I can upgrade now and I have to return my phone and pay to send it back ! I’m not signing up for another 2 years and returning a phone I paid for for 19 months I will wait then go elsewhere dim only cheap contract and buy a phone trading in the old one !

@EE Hi Mike - I went again today after rebooking - was closed again with a new notice. Then had email saying closed until 7/11. Kidderminster store. Still no service. Have to wait for a sim, likely next week. I stere no way you can activate Esim remotely??!!

Hey @EE, I’ve had zero reception now for 2 months where I live where it used to be a good 4G, you keep making excuses about the mast and it’s not getting fixed, is this the service I expect from you? I don’t want monthly bill refunds, I want a working service
