    @EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

    @EE went to ur Croydon shop to get an new iPhone. After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Thanks for wasting our Sunday. Shocking service

    Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @EE I have a top up pack issue. I have just noticed I have been charged for the pack but have not used any of the usage as I was unaware that I had paid for the pack. There is a week left of the pack, can I cancel the pack and be refunded the pack cost as this was a mistake?

    Doesn’t sit well that companies like @bt_uk & @EE increase prices with CPI (the bigger number out of RPI vs CPI) then put ANOTHER 3.9% on to “upgrade their service” shouldn’t that be factored into the price you pay anyway?

    @EE The prices of monthly contracts definitely went up for what you're getting! Don't price match and would rather loose a loyal customer who been with them for years!! Not one bit accommodating! Shame, time to leave EE!
