@EE Just looking for a network provider that works. Seems obvious but sometimes it isn't... I'm checking options in the next few days.

  • Futsal_London2 Gina Hall (@Futsal_London2) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....

  • OluSonaike Olu Sonaike (@OluSonaike) reported from Barnet, England

@EE I tried that once and it logged in but then said I couldn't view upgrade options and to try later. I tried later and wouldn't login me in

  • tpotter2890 Timothy Potter (@tpotter2890) reported from Kensington, England

Another awful day of disrupted broadband service from @EE in central London. I suspect the excuse today will be the weather.

  • vodaka_orange shezza_bezza (@vodaka_orange) reported from Paddington, England

@EE & @BBCiPlayer both your service is seriously bad lately. Please sort it. I’m a paying customer.

  • FraserHardy_uk Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England

@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

  • HarunTulunay aaron. (@HarunTulunay) reported from Poplar, England

@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

  • A_L_REID ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England

@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

  • benwood Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Paddington, England

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

  • jonohall1984 Jono (@jonohall1984) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Oh no. It was actually a compliment. No one else on other networks was getting a signal at Wembley but I was.

@EE Am I living in Mogadishu or Islington why do I have to stick my arm out the window for signal

  • kearneykd Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England

The irony of @EE sponsoring Wembley Stadium when their network becomes unusable whenever there's an event on @EEComplaints @EEnetworkprobs

  • thevikramgudi Vikram Gudi (@thevikramgudi) reported from Walthamstow, England

@EE absolutely leaving EE - buy an expensive router and internet so bad I can’t stream TV. Can’t even make calls. Worst network ever #eeawful #badwifi #4gee

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • pscarrott Paul Scarrott (@pscarrott) reported

@EE @kevinbellwood Poor EE, its a wonder they can drag themselves in each day given the mere £1billion a year profit the parent company is making.

  • exmoor_cat Adam Edwards (@exmoor_cat) reported

@EE As an existing customer of over a decade's standing this is my advance notice to you that when I decide to upgrade, you have written yourself off my choices by re-introducing EU roaming charges.

  • craigcunn Craig cunningham (@craigcunn) reported

@EE @JJ87447416 So hands up and how will now be joining @O2 or any other network who does not follow suit, been with EE (orange) 20 years

  • chaftastic Matt Robinson (@chaftastic) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK You charge the most of any network and then slap this cost on top. Not acceptable

  • thequintiny Quintin Young (@thequintiny) reported

@drdavidbull @EE Total rip off I’ve been a loyal business customer for years Time for a change

  • x0xnashx0x Natasha (@x0xnashx0x) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK Will cancel my EE products. The company is just looking for even more profits. Don't sugar coat it.

  • bencookfly Ben Cook (@bencookfly) reported

    @tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK And no signal in the U.K.

  • singapore_space Christian Space Singapore 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@singapore_space) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK I don't object to roaming charges if they mean overall prices come down.

  • veryslickpaul Paul Hurst (@veryslickpaul) reported

@EE Equally; "EE said on Thursday that introducing the charges would 'support investment into our UK based customer service and leading UK network'." So the plan is to charge those going to the EU more, to pay for the UK infrastructure. It feels like that cost should be spread.

  • Droobus droobus (@Droobus) reported

@EE @Allan_Lunn Ooh, this is a bad take @EE. Not going to end well.
