@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE Hi, is the 4G service down in BH area? I've tried restarting my phone, activating then deactivating airplane mode but nothing is working. It shows that I have 4G but it isn't working and I have no wifi so my phone isn't working!

4 months I’ve now been waiting for EE to resolve the fault that was caused by their systems! Every time they “resolve it” they cause a completely nee issue and it’s back to square one! So I cancelled my contact 32 days ago! Guess who’s contact still hasn’t been cancelled @EE
