I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

Ofcom said you'd contact us within 5 days which you never did - Not at ALL surprised. Very lax on the duty of care for seniors!
