    @VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

    @EE i renewed in September for another 2 years, that was a big mistake. You have since decided to make it impossible to talk to one of your teM and keeo referring me to digital options. If I could find the option I would use it. Totally outrageously poor customer service.

    @gogolitzen @EE What did they tell you? Plusnet texted me to say they're expecting to fix it at about 3:20pm - whether that's when they expect it to come back up or when they'll take initial stock of what the problem is and then work out what to do with it, I don't know

    @EE I have been sending dm’s non stop. I’ve just received another text regards his alarm and which he has a injury that I couldn’t help with. I’m sick of being told we are working on it and will update you. I haven’t had any updates. You should really hang your heads in shake.
