I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

Sheโs 76 so doesnโt quite understand the technicalities of signals, transmitters etc so I said Iโd contact you.

Rob McDowall FRSA (@robmcd85) reportedNot very happy with @EE. Initiated a Port In. Tried to cancel and was advised they could reverse it in 72 hours. Needless to say, the agent misinformed me and it canโt be done. No ambiguity as done over live chat.
