    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE What a complete and utter nonsense! Trying to return some broadband equipment to EE, told because of COVID they canโ€™t accept it, go to the post office next door no problem at all. Come on EE get your act together!

    @EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer wonโ€™t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldnโ€™t have to keep ringing or in my case I canโ€™t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah ๐Ÿ™ˆ I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if itโ€™s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

    @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

    @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

    @BenGungyal @EE EE broadband didnt exist 15yrs ago wtf you talking about?! It was BT up until last year when EE took it over & creatd their own plans. I know coz I was moved from BT to EE when the company was bought out &Course it goes up it goes up every year march with the API even in contract

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house donโ€™t work. One of the biggest mistakes Iโ€™ve made. Iโ€™m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    @EE your customer service is terrible. Your representative was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable when I tried to cancel my wifi. The process is also extremely difficult for no reason

    @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

    @EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!
