@EE Disgusting service by EE broadband. Having awful issues and not getting anywhere. This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

@EE awful treatment of my 83 year old father....been paying £40 for broadband he's NEVER had, cancelled direct debit, only to have letter demanding £80. EE, says his 2 letters from memorable word are not correct, so he can't talk to anyone about it.

Not impressed with @EE service, ordered the new iPhone on the 22nd September and have had an update to say delivery between 29thOct - 02Nov… over 5 weeks! My wife ordered the same phone with @O2 and it came in 3 days!

@EE Thanks. But basically you are referring me to a complaint team after telling me I should pay my contract in full, meaning paying for a faulty device, because you don't want to do anything about it. If that's not the worst customer service ever, I don't know what this is.
