    @EE your upgrades team quoted me £55-£70 a month instead of trying to help reduce, they actively wanted more money pointed out I dont need 60gdata but that's what they pushing No problem I'll let my contract expire on 3rd Nov and shop about ,for my 2 phones,house and broadband

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
