This is causing lots of unwanted anxiousness and added worry. We have people trying to work from home as we are in a local lockdown area. EE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Spoke today to customer services were exceptionally unhelpful. @itvMLshow found out I had signed for a 24 month contract, when I specifically asked for a 12 months.
