    @EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.

    @EE this is ridiculous I have a new phone but cannot make phone calls so cannot resolve the problem. You do not have a Message chat line I can access. I have requested help on here but cannot get it. I am thinking of cancelling the contract!

    @EE It’s ok managed to fix it, automatic network selection kept defaulting to Vodafone. Changing it manually to O2 and it’s back to full 5G.
