    I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

    @Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

    Anyone else using Ubiquiti routing gear with Hyperoptic not able to get IPV6 working using DHCPV6 and prefix delegation? This was working for past 2 years until some engineering works last Thursday at my location so I think some change of equipment has caused the issue.

    @OpenMindMH You can Google how to connect to your router and see what happens if you change it (I tend to go for Channel 11 for reasons I'm not entirely sure of). You might be lucky and your place could be connected to a full fibre provider (like CityFibre/G.Network/Hyperoptic) also 👀

    @HyperopticCS @craig99mac Now 2 weeks since botched installation, which means still can't open my fusebox, still have messed up hole in wall, still have broken mirror & dust/filler not cleaned up, nowhere near speed promised for £. Still no proper response. Next step will be to contact @Ofcom #hyperoptic
