Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.
-
Fursecroft (@Fursecroft) reported from Paddington, England@Hyperoptic service is intermittent in the w1h 5lf area

Kris (yes it's actually spelt with a K) (@kobraman88) reported@C9EmZ @virginmedia Quicker you move away from them the better, utterly useless overpriced scumbags, had nothing but issues with them for years then @Hyperoptic popped in my area after a few years of waiting and not looked back, cheaper, better quality and i sit on 5 ping (but im next to the hub)
-
vsquad22 (@StainYNWA) reported@Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
-
Kurt Robson (@KurtRobsonn) reported@liam_richards @Hyperoptic Hahahah. Okay my customer service rep must’ve decided to give me the ultimate worst case scenario. Have a good week!
-
Flowerbomb212 (@Flowerbomb212) reported@Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.
-
James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
-
Darren Symons (@DarrenSym) reported@Hyperoptic Are there any outage issues? I’m in RM16 and none of my devices can connect to the internet - but my box has all its lights on!
-
Max Richardson (@MaxRichSES) reported@Hyperoptic I am writing to make a public complaint regarding your awful customer service. I have spent many hours on the phone, trying to get through to your customer service team just to be told that I’m lying or ‘misguided’, even though you have taken 300 quid out of my bank.
-
Sprout (@temitopeandres) reported@theashrb £27pm for Hyperoptic. I have issues with their internet speed though.
-
Andrea Robinson (@printsandjam) reportedLondon-based friends here, do If any of you use Community Fibre or Hyperoptic? If so, could you let me know how happy you are with it? Any problems with set up or service? All feedback much appreciated!
