Doesn't seem like they pass information between departments very well!

Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

Max Richardson (@MaxRichSES) reported@Hyperoptic I am sick of chasing and chasing, to essentially be told that you taking money is my problem. I pre-empted this was going to happen so I initially called to check no fee was going to be taken. Then I got a pre-warning of an upcoming (wrong) bill.
