    @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever… Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.

    @Hyperoptic 3 days broken in SE16. Not sending text updates. Clearly not prioritising fixing your outage. What on earth is going on?

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😡 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    @Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?
