A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

Tia (@justforumrah) reported@Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.
