We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care. Currently looking for a new supplier
