  @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

  @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

  Disgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!

  @Hyperoptic have the absolute WORST customer service, no wifi for 3 days now - engineer did not turn up and they are not allowing us to rebook an engineer till they find out why. Incredibly hard to get through to them on the phone in the first place - do not recommend.
