Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

Just so we’re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic can’t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know it’s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

@DevSpacePrez We literally have an ISP in the UK called "Hyperoptic" As it happens, they're also by far the best service (symmetrical gigabit at £45/month). Only catch is only available in some big city areas.
