    @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, thatโ€™s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad itโ€™s rarely available.

    Disgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!

    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they donโ€™t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. Iโ€™ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?
