    @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @MoMayet3 @Hyperoptic Same. Chat for over 1.5 hours, no response. On hold on telephone for over an hour. Prices keep going up, service is rock bottom.
