    @Hyperoptic any timeframe on when the Wi-Fi issues will be resolved please. Itโ€™s been fairly 14+ hours since the outage in Canary Wharf.

    Hey @Hyperoptic Iโ€™ve just spent over an hour waiting to speak to someone in your Support team when the line hung up. Not impressed. Still waiting for my newly installed internet to start work. Itโ€™s now been 48 hours after install and still nothingโ€ฆ

    I canโ€™t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I canโ€™t cycle because itโ€™s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service ๐Ÿ˜”

    @tpilla @CryptoCap97 @Hyperoptic He was wrong about the numbers - the outage was also in Gloucester where I am, Cheltenham, and somewhere else according to the automated message I got when I called. Doesn't seem like they pass information between departments very well!

    @virginmedia I had raised request via your agent to switch effective 2-March from HyperOptic to VirginMedia UK. I had asked him to cancel on 6th Feb but not received any confirmation till now.

    @Hyperoptic no service in NW6 since Wednesday 15th, and no updates from yourselves. The ombudsman WILL be involved! Live chat doesnโ€™t work - no sms updates, missed call outs, itโ€™s BAD!

    @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)
