    @O2 Hello - issue was that china cup was denied. We had to drink from a paper one even though we didn’t take away. This at the More London Riverside branch.

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

    Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

    @Melissa311213 @O2 Wow that’s along time, so glad I left o2 when I did. @O2 are awful now even the Priority for Tickets is rubbish, now they are on with Virgin but it doesn’t make it any better or a service! #EE all the way, best I’ve ever had. Not gonna complain with a data speed of 300+ Megabits

    @O2 My grandad has been a loyal O2 customer for years and he’s struggling with using 4G. When he’s on wifi he can browse and when he’s on 4G it doesn’t let him access the internet. No changes to his plan and he’s really stuck without internet. Please help
