    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @O2 uses voice recognition on customer service to figure out what you need help with. Apparently it thinks “increase spend cap” means “fraud” 😂😂😂😂

    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    @O2 After escalating CRS called me back after 5 days (after being told 2) at 5pm on Friday. Wasn’t convenient, but he couldn’t call me back at a later date and would send an email. Email said issue was because a mast was removed from near my home (not where I was raising issue) 2/5

    @O2 Interactions with initial rep and CRS rep have been like talking to a wall, they ignored actual complaint, responded late. These are people I would have thought would be empowered (or at least trained) to help. Emails coming from an individual in your Complaint Review Service 5/5

    @O2 Was having a wobble over the fact that your network is woefully insufficient in London. First rep (via chat on your website) kept telling me it was my phone despite explaining that others on different accounts / phones having same issue (not helpful, clearly) 1/5

    @_rjrm @O2 I heard today - sorry we cannot call your contact number as we cannot call international numbers... you are a telecom network. They transferred my number to a broadband sim card that I never asked for. So many errors it is beyond frustrating!

    @O2 My daughter was stranded without Data despite paying over £200 with you a month to ensure they have reliable phones. Your error. Calls went straight to you, nowhere else. Bills all paid. Said balance 0. She asked for help as she needed to call me, got abused

    Word of warning - never use @O2 as a network ever again! An issue that has been going on for 3 months, 12 hours of sitting on their phone line. 8+ disconnects from their agents after 30 mins+ of waiting and 3 errors made by their support team. Still not resolved.

    @O2 I have a text saying I owe money and that I will get a charge if I don’t pay it but the myO2 app says I don’t owe anything. I’ve tried your virtual assistant but it refuses to put me through to someone. I have hearing issues and find it hard to use phone. Can you look into it
