    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    @O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @O2 I'm not having problems anymore. I just think you need to upgrade your network capacity here. Analogue phone lines are being turned off so it's concerning that I can't rely on O2 during a power cut. It was just lucky I had another phone on Vodafone who worked flawlessly.

    @O2 your o2 recycle service are atrocious at helping deal with customers. 15 days since I put a phone to recycle and the only response is can I find the tracking number for device when It was sent through one of your stores. Contradictory emails from o2 recycle. Bad service

    My tariff includes USA roaming but the service is next to useless as its throttled to 0.5mbps. Why do you do that @O2 ? All apps including maps are effectively useless. Your customer call centre operators also didn't seem to know this. #o2

    I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of the @O2 network. Doesn’t matter where I am as the service is shocking. Most apps take ages to load anything. Not sure what I’m paying for. Last time I had an issue you had the audacity to tell me to use WI-FI

    Not only did @O2 send me a broken iPhone 12pro when it was first released and apple ended up having to change my entire screen so I could actually use my speaker, but I’ve never been able to use the sim. EVER. You cannot contact these people to sort anything out.
