@O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@o2 what’s going on with the o2 app there’s no app update in the App Store and iv deleted the app downloaded it again still same issue not loading up properly and nothing showing.
