    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 @Jimbo09001 Useless. My son has a business which relies on his phone. The network checker said on Tuesday it should be back to normal on Sat by 6pm. He cant even contact you as cannot receive or make texts or calls. If you cannot fulfill ur pt of the contract to supply a signal. COMPENSATION

    @O2 well they clearly didn’t work my signal was awful and was without 4G for the majority of the 5 days. I don’t really care about my signal today. I expect to get good coverage wherever i go. It’s what i pay you for

    @O2 Thanks for the generic response, however, the issue is beyond this. Someone from O2 needs to travel on a train from London to Peterborough, and maybe further north, to test the signal levels as I suspect the cell coverage is poor or not functioning correctly.

    @O2 You really don't need to @O2. I'm done. I have my pac code and im away to a working network - even at the break cost of nearly £200. Worst experience ever from a mobile provider. 20mo of unusable speeds despite full strength 4g. Joke.
