Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 the phone was not broken as I now have it back. When you upgrade, o2 say you can get up to 260 for your phone. O2 recycle offer 50 pounds A huge difference. Shoddy business practice. Not sure by which party though ! Happened to anyone else ?

@O2 That’s if no help at all I ordered a tablet a week last Sunday was told out of stock no contact since then can’t retrieve log in as I don’t yet have a phone number. An update on delivery would be great and to actually speak to someone would be even better…
