Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 Thanks for replying, ive spent 3 hours on hold, to nobody, no information. Ive decided that due to the pathetic signal I get with o2 coupled with the fact nobody will speak to me as a human to cancel all 5 contracts as they end the worst service of any uk provider ive experienced

  • owencb

@O2 @Propertyshe Hi. So sorry for Susan. I lost my sim (long story). I can't figure it out on your site. It's shut down like @sky I need a replacement sim. Tomorrow is perfect. Why can I I chat with you for this simple request? I've already paid you over 3:tons of money. 07789766581

  • NikotaLimitless
Quantum Infinite Seer Nikota888 (@NikotaLimitless) reported

@O2 So went to o2 as my phone pin would not go into the phone and open had the phone for some time. No issues before. This is what unfolded I have an account with you and my phone would not allow me to put in my pin number so took the phone to hasting branch, served by a guy called Daniel to get a new sim, with the same number but the same problem arrived. I brought the phone off you a few years back he told me to contact Samsung you are only the provider he gave me a number he really was of no help and the other thing. I showed him my passport as id and started to put my passport info into the system this was without my permission. Do you want to explain why this unfolded this with my personal info. when you have my details on your system ???? Very Very disturbed by it all as you are provider's for a service I buy a phone off you but cannot get my phone sorted when something is wrong. If that is the case you should not be selling phones you cannot sort out or send away to fix the problem. serservice permission. I was asked to show proof of id not submit my passport info into your system. 3:58 PM

  • GreenVapinGiant
    Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

  • thedogger31
    thedogger (@thedogger31) reported

  • AlexSTower

@O2 A family member is a victim of PAC identity fraud, not one of your colleagues can help her, left her without a number, no access to any of apps such as shopping or online banking, instead giving the suspect full access without authorisation and impersonating us. Options?
