    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    Everyone I know on the @O2 network in the Kingston area has only been getting speeds of around 0.5 meg all week!! As soon as I move out of the area, getting 60-70. What's going on...?

    @O2 Would love to add another phone to the contract - but call waiting time is 30 minutes. So waited. Then menu doesn't work: stuck in "for sales, press 1.... "whatever I press, it just repeats options" FFS - You're a phone operator who can't operate a phone.
