    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldnโ€™t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didnโ€™t) - now Iโ€™ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes ยฃ400 more than agreed, next Iโ€™m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    @O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!

    @O2 biggest waste of time you guys are - your complaints team are terrible youโ€™ve made so many mistakes - misinformed me on my insurance - anyone with o2 ask them to check t&cโ€™s guarantee they donโ€™t actually know about their services - btw Iโ€™m an ex employee of @O2

    @GreggsOfficial @o2 app machine not working in my local Greggs so had to pay full price for my coffee (had saved the ยฃ1 treat for today) and also lost out on the Greggs point when paying full price ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ก
