    @O2 please sort out the broken mast in Yiewsley. Only having the capability to make WiFi calls from home for weeks on end is becoming frustrating!

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    @O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

    @O2 my wife’s new phone has been waiting 4 days for her old number to port across. 202 have been no use. She is looking after her elderly parents and you have shut down BOTH her old phone and the new one. What are you going to do about it?

    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    @O2 hi I waited until the pro max was saying next day delivery to order - it says it right now so I paid my last phone off to order it and ten mins later got an out of stock email. Can you tell me how to cancel everything I just did please?

    @O2 I need somebody from your customer services team to contact me straight away! Your website is taking me round in circles and not helping. I should have had my contract cancelled and it hasn’t happened. So still paying out for it. Not happy at the moment.

    @O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

    I will be cancelling my @O2 contract that I've had since 2009 due to terrible signal. My works phone is now @VodafoneUK so will be porting over to them. 📶📱📞

    I am in a hotel just outside Edinburgh, near lots of houses, shops, infrastructure. And I have no signal. I’ve checked signal checker but there’s apparently good coverage. Come on @O2 - I can’t work.

    @LutzSchueler @O2 #teamvirginmediao2 have got to be the worst company on the planet!!!! Ever since the merger with Virgin, O2 customer service has been non existent. Several phone calls and still no call back from management, as promised. You are now holding up a legal process

    @rugbywebdesign @LARob30 @O2 Been trying to cancel a contract for almost an hour now. Both web and app keep sending me round in circles. I don't want either a STAC or PAC code as I'm not signing up with a new provider. The customer service number just keeps repeating "that they're extremely busy"

    @O2 how do I cancel my contract please? I don't want to stay with O2 due to price hike. Alternatively I've seen a good online deal you're offering new customers that I would be interested ton know if I can swap to.

    @MartinSLewis Plus you cannot cancel ONLINE, you can buy online, you can operate your account online which is what @O2 & everyone makes you do but if you want to cancel you have to wait in a 40 mins phone queue. This is penalising the customer. @Ofcom sort it the hell out once & for all 😡🤬

    @O2 Already spoke to customer service so managed to get it sorted. If only you had the curtesy to tell customers the problems you were having instead of ignoring it. By the way take a look at Trustpilot to see your terrible reviews!!
