@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@O2 Apparently the issue may be that funnily enough in the 4 years since I had an account with you, my card expired and I was issued a new one, yet apparently no one on your team has ever experienced a card expiring as it seems to confuse all of them.

@O2 tried swapping sim to an esim which is apparently ready but everytime I click on it it says portal not available, have tried to contact help/support shocking lack of support. Have no phone reception to receive verification messages so I don’t know why I keep getting them sent

@O2 somehow you've made your customer service even worse! I'm stuck in new zealand with a locked phone and a code that doesn't work. And your customer service keep giving me half answers, and then saying I need to recontact you during work hours!
