    Welp @O2 support was great tellin me no better deals,tho new customers get massively better deals & the signal in my area should be good 🤷. #Pac requested, got a @VOXI_UK Sim for half the price, better signal, more perks. 16 years brand loyalty with o2, was worth squat to o2.cya

    I really wish @O2 can sort out the issues in Horwich. Trying to contact your insurance and police etc after a break in is extremely frustrating when there's no bloody signal 😡😡

    @O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

    haha, just had an (obviously scam) phone call from someone who claimed to be from @O2 … when they asked how the service was and I said it was poor, they hung up

    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    @O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!

    @O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that it’s not on your system so I can’t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

    @O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

    @O2 Can you just send me a new sim. I'm in touch with what seems like fake accounts. I don't need to login to my desktop. Just put a sim in the post. Ive already lost a day. It's 07789766581. I've paid you £100s for years. Just sort a brother out. It 8 Stephens Court, 82 Endwell Road London SE4 2DP. This is my l address. You probably have one in Hammersmith or Ealing or Earls Court.     @O2 I have made countless phone calls. It got referred to the main department to get the issue sorted. This was over a month ago. I’m always told the same thing “We will contact you within 5-7 working days” nothing ever gets done.

    @O2 I appreciate this and the signal checker says it’s fine for 4G and 5G inside and out.. but data just does not work, and it has been like that for a while now, outside it says I have 5G but nothing will load and if I go inside it goes into satellite mode..
