@O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

@O2 A better customer service and some sort of signal in my home ! 9 years being a loyal customer and have several devices with 02 from I watches to iPhones . Complaint was poorly handled and so was my two weeks with no phone service or data while working in London !
