Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke

@O2 Hi o2, I'd like to talk about upgrading my phone early. I have £80.53 remaining to pay on my 36 month contract but the upgrade offers for the iPhone 13 are far too extortionate compared to what I pay now. I notice other providers offer more competitive deals. Can you help?
