    @o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

    Anyone else had issues with replacement phones via insurance claims with @O2 - reported last week and as of today still no phones in stock even though they receive deliveries daily and also offering no alternatives!

    @O2 No we don’t only have problems on match days as I’ve feed back to you previously. There’s no signal there all the time. You keep asking the same questions and keep telling us you’re working on up dating the mast but nothing changes.

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

    @NoServiceHereUK @ranplan @GeospatialC @innovateuk @WarwickEngineer @DigiCatapult @UK_5G There has been no O2 mobile phone signal at the DW Stadium Wigan WN5 0UH for a number of years despite many @o2 customers and match attendees making complaints to the provider. Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

    @virginmedia After many calls to @O2 and having to raise a formal complaint, it has now been resolved. Such a shame a simple error tool a complaint to be resolved.

    @CitizensAdvice @o2 for me not to be able to cancel my subscription from the o2 website or the @disneyplus app/ website, is this not a subscription trap? On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible

    @O2 Hi. I double checked & no issue on the phone settings side. This issue was originally reported on 6 Feb at around 0830am to 202. The error was recognised on the customer service side and a form was filled out to resolve with a 24 SLA. I am still waiting and still unresolved 😢
