    Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

    @O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

    Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

    @carolyn_keenan @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Go directly through gigs and tours. Some more dates added later in 2023. I've just manged 2 get 2 for Sept 2023 in Manchester no problem.

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

    @mitchhirsty @O2 Yeah I figured that. Same issues on the website as well. I can’t pay my bill because I can’t access the app or website and I am not sitting for an hour on my phone whilst I wait to talk to someone.

    Still more AI drivel from @o2 instead of actual customer service, I will not deal with AI to sort out a problem of your making, advertise goods how your prepared to sell them don't try and flimflam customers or you'll end up losing them like you have in our case.

    @O2 I’m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesn’t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0
