1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

Trying to get my refund from @O2 is becoming a joke. Been lied to twice now as they said 3-5 days then oh you'll have it by Wednesday (yesterday). Useless customer service.

Twice now I’ve had to email @O2 regarding my phone I sent to be recycled. Was promised my issue would be resolved within 48 hours. 9 days later and still waiting to hear from them again regarding my phone they have ‘lost’.
