  For months I have been complaining about @O2 network. Central Manchester, Bolton Town Centre, Liverpool Town Centre, Edinburgh, Glasgow, etc... I pay over £300 for that privilege. And now you want to reducing the customer loyalty discount...this customer won’t be loyal!!

  @carleyjones1 @O2 No! I never use all my data or minutes. The bill for May- which comes out on 11th June, was only £38 something. I checked the app and I’m up to date. There is no reason to take such a large amount. I can’t even talk after having my tonsils out, it’s a pain in the arse x

  @O2 hey! Are you guys having issues in the Hastings area? My elderly dad currently has no electricity and I can’t get through on his mobile. His area has had a red warning today so I am assuming it’s to do with that
