1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

@sophiasgaler If your on @O2 then you can also report spam/phishing calls and texts via text to 7726. Send a simple SMS: "`Call` or Received Message" --> 7726 "Scam Number" -->7726 Hopefully other operators also offer this, and reporting here helps them block them at a network level?
