@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

Well after all the years I’ve been with @ThreeUK they have said my deal is no more and I will need to change it. Gutted!!! I didn’t want to and they said I’d be moved to another sim only deal. Oh well hello @O2 I’m your new customer.

A fantastic experience @o2 Market St, Mcr ~ An old man had an accident which staff ignored & laughed at. He even had to clean it himself ~ We were asked to sit where said accident happened ~ Customers who came after served before us ~ Fatima extremely rude 10/10 Recommended 🙌
