Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

@o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

@O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

Been telling @O2 for months that my phones 4G doesn’t work. Every time they just say it does because of the area I’m in or that my phones using data but only because I switch it on, not because it works! Honestly the shittest service, I can’t wait to leave.

@O2 I won’t change my mind cos o2 are just lazy and would rather take peoples £££ and not help properly and the evidence is there when I say that so I will still be cancel legally due to the lack of effort made to resolve the issue with the signal in my area
