    Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

    Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

    @O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

    @mister___ran @O2 I have to speak to O2 for work purposes, we bought a business, made the old owner redundant. Called to cancel the contracts and guess what… would only speak to the old owner. Repeat anything else and you can tell they read from a script!

    @O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    ****** off now been with @O2 for years and the last two weeks I’ve had no service and things only work when I’m connected to WiFi. Can’t ring them to sort it and trying to do a complaints form and even that won’t sodding send
