  @G99____ @O2 No, the customer care told me they had a security breach effected many accounts. I asked why did they not inform us, she couldn't answer.   Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from @O2 14 days ago for my son’s 10th birthday… still no cellular. Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom .
