    @O2 It’s doesn’t help!!!!! It’s getting frustrating day by day been with @02 nearly 7 years and it’s getting worst day by day. No proper coverage. There’re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services it’s time to make a change!!!!!!!

    @o2 can you fix your network in @westfeild #London as I’ve tried to FaceTime my mom more than 50 times the calls have been dropping all the time its sucks paying almost £90 pcm and you don’t get basic networks. Not a happy customer anymore.

    @O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

    @O2 There was a mast down in my area but the matter wasn’t resolved for 3 weeks. I have data with EE on my ipad and the data wasn’t affected with them. With my phone I was unable to text, call or use my data. I don’t understand how you expect to put off £11, yet I haven’t been able

    Dearest #02 @O2 I do wish all your customer service people were as helpful as the person I spoke to today. Sadly there were several trees killed in the printing of a years mobile bills, which I was told was required. Todays agent simply gave the info I needed in a 5 min call

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    @VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 hi! I joined o2 through virgin. But having it for three months now and I just don’t have signal. Not enough to load up pictures from WhatsApp or twitter unless I’m with WiFi.

    @virginmedia 🙄🙄 the issue was over 6 hours ago, and thankfully was sorted by lunch time. As for logging on to my accounts, that’s pretty impossible with no internet connection and having to use 3G on my mobile. Shame @O2 joined forces with @virginmedia as now it’s a double whammy of ****!

    @ajbaxter86 @O2 I have a USB adapter, but apparently they do new ones now but they don't sell it with the phone which is just rude, expecting you to pay more for the charger which you need to charge the device you've just spent loads on. Silly robbing companies. Thank you though 💙

    @O2 Why do I need to contact your before travelling? I’m well aware of your roaming charges but if someone turns their phone on when they arrive at a destination and then turns data roaming off a minute later and you charge them £43 then that’s shocking customer service

    @O2 I’m not impressed. I moved YESTERDAY at 7pm to a 5GB tariff, having never used more than 3GB a month with my previous network. I’ve apparently used 2.3GB in ONE DAY with O2. Nothing has changed in my settings so why have I allegedly used so much data?
