    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    @O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted ยฃ13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. Itโ€™s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You donโ€™t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue Iโ€™m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and itโ€™s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my numberโ€ฆ not great

    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying ยฃ53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..โ€™These things happenโ€™...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    I will be cancelling my @O2 contract that I've had since 2009 due to terrible signal. My works phone is now @VodafoneUK so will be porting over to them. ๐Ÿ“ถ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ“ž

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if thereโ€™s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
