@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...

@plandotcom you pretended to be @O2 and were then also very rude when the lie emerged and cancellation ordered. Utter wast of several hours of her time

Hello @virginmedia @O2 I’m a customer of you both and am wondering when I’ll be upgraded to the new Volt benefits? I can’t see a way to opt in online.

  • jackaarondavies

@O2 Not everywhere, but your 4G coverage in SW London is poor. I haven’t had 4G in Raynes Park since I moved there a year ago.

  • marshallb60
Ben Marshall (@marshallb60) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@O2 do your agents just hang up if they know you aren’t interested in the deals they are offering? Now wondering if this was a fraudulent call?

  • Stefan_baisden

@O2 has GENUINELY the worst Phone line #Customerservice system ever. I've never been more infuriated just waiting to give a password or speak to someone. Please #O2 update your system to 2019 standard asap.

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

  • nickysinclair

@O2 why are the iPhone 12 deals better for a new customer than an existing long time o2 user? #absurd

  • LyndallAnn
Lyndall (@LyndallAnn) reported from Ealing, England

One thing I’m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting “no service” and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

  • nickshuttle
Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

  • Macgregor11
Glenn macgregor (@Macgregor11) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@O2 What's the situation for those of us that have recently taken a contract out with you with you supplying a Huawei device. Increasingly potentially losing all support for the phone now

  • esrose2003
Liz Rose 😍 (@esrose2003) reported from Richmond, England

@O2 @Ofcom how very patronising- your website didn’t work so used the number and paid today! After 20 years of loyalty I will be leaving for another network….dealing with your constant mess ups takes too much time/money- 3 already this year….it’s only April

  • MrsScreech
Jess (@MrsScreech) reported from Hillingdon, England

@arokorol @O2 Its just wherever phone picks up signal from a tower and whoever uses that tower. Its not that deep. Go find a tiny violin

  • JorEh1061107
    Jor Eh (@JorEh1061107) reported

@arokorol @O2 When you were landing at Ben Gurion, your plane probably began its descent over the West Bank into Tel Aviv, so the first signal it picked up was the Palestinian Authority one.

  • kbushnell1975
    Kieren Bushnell (@kbushnell1975) reported

@O2 Have done that multiple times, and again, you have shown zero interest in a long standing customer. I have lodged a formal complaint and I am still awaiting my refund for the money you have scammed from my account. You really are appalling. I have never experienced customer service as bad as yours.

  • FreemanIan
    Ian freeman (@FreemanIan) reported

@O2 I left O2 mid January having paid £61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.

  • Sean_Bahamut
    Sean W (@Sean_Bahamut) reported

@O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough

  • laurenahooper
    Lauren Alex Hooper (@laurenahooper) reported

@TheO2 @O2 Any particular reason why accessible tickets were impossible to get for any Olivia Rodrigo date? Why the emails get no response? Why the phone number doesn’t work? Do not get me started on the online system. I’ve never had so many issues before! What is going on?!

  • sevimli_en43008
Habitant of a fascist world. She/her (@sevimli_en43008) reported

@arokorol @O2 Hahaha. Poor Palestinians that were expelled by jews from their homeland for ugly names like Aro. From the ugly Britain.

  • kbushnell1975
    Kieren Bushnell (@kbushnell1975) reported

@O2 You are an absolute disgrace of a company. You have lost a long and supposedly valued customer. I am calling you out for what you are, a shoddy, scam organisation. Utterly disgraceful bunch of charlatans.

  • LesPiggypics
    Les Pigg (@LesPiggypics) reported

@O2 Just got an email £1 for a Greggs Chicken roll. They are disgusting and Gregg 30 years ago were better than the current food they serve. Plus the network in some area of NE9 are very poor week signals and dose not work underground on the Tyne & Wear Metro system.

  • waterson_mike
