    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @O2 saying that they will be posting my new phone to me because my local store is closed but haven’t sent me a single email or even a tracking number? Trying to speak to someone but all 202 do is hang up on you and nobody replies to dm’s😕

    @O2 It'd nice to see that o2 take customer complaints seriously! Just as about as seriously as using there o2 guru chat service!! I'm still waiting for a reply to my DM that I sent you over an hour ago (about the length of time I wasted on the guru chat service!!)

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.

    @arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.

    @O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment

    @arokorol @O2 It’s picked up a signal from a mast in the Palestinian Authority area. If you are in Dover, O2 sometimes pick up a signal from France and send you a welcome to France text

    @BBLouisR @O2 @VodafoneUK I don’t get signal at work at all! The signal in my house is also rubbish even though it’s meant to be a strong area for signal according to their signal checker. Ive been stupidly loyal for 22years and gained nothing but rubbish service really
