    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    .@O2 sent messages on Twitter, called customer service, DM sent via Twitter: 4 days after upgrading my plan I am still not able to make or receive calls and I was told it will take 3-7 days to sort it: why?

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they donโ€™t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @O2 hi I waited until the pro max was saying next day delivery to order - it says it right now so I paid my last phone off to order it and ten mins later got an out of stock email. Can you tell me how to cancel everything I just did please?

    @o2 Ive transferred over to another network but I cant use my phone because you wont unlock it after 2 store visits (Wandsworth and Bracknell) very frustrating

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 Itโ€™s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. Iโ€™m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @waynetuckwell @O2 Luckily, they send me a text just before they cut off all my 7 lines threatening legal action Inc debt recovery, I use the link in the email to pay all in one go. It's literally the only way I can pay my bills unless I spend 2hrs on the phone. It's ******* shockingly bad @Ofcom

    @virginmedia internets down again. The reliability of this MULTI BILLION pound business is crazy. Im super glad theyโ€™ve partnered up with my network provider @O2 who are also just as unreliable. My decisions as an adult are awfully bad.
