    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

    @O2 It has not been possible for me to change my name within My O2 as it states, "To change your account name or date of birth contact customer services". I have two mobile accounts in my name, for the other My O2 account my name is spelt correctly so I know it can be corrected.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Jodie - I’m the same, I’m done with @O2 (been with them 12 years, won’t be renewing) - you’ll get a message saying check their network coverage, when you do it will say excellent coverage blah blah, my phone forever says 4G yet won’t load scrap all, same with the standard signal.

    @O2 my number was supposed to port from EE to you yesterday. You have finally started to do something as I have lost my number from EE but I’m still stuck with the temporary number with you. What’s going on? Do I need to cancel my contract and go to a different provider?

    @O2 what a shambles? Is the fact our mobile numbers on legacy or new systems an end customers fault? I’ve spent 3 calls over 3 hours each and I can’t seem to activate the loyalty program because of this issue. HELP!
