@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

@O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

@O2 wow this is a great start to life with you. Phoned your customer service line. Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

@O2 Moved my mom onto O2 everything was great for a week then her phone stopped no signal rang O2 who informed us that the fraud dept had locked the account no reason no note on the system and we’re now closed, they said they would call back the next day…waiting #O2Shamed
