Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.
-
Richard Morris (@richardmorrisuk) reported from Richmond, EnglandHi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?
-
Chris sweet (@poundland_thor) reported from Richmond, EnglandIt is now day 15 since I first reported not getting the phone I ordered from @O2 and I still have no phone or update, It is now 23 days since I put the order through - this is not what customer service looks like

𝕂𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕖 (@Katie_Lewis_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandMy contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)
-
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!
-

I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.
-
Matthew Blair (@mblair35) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

Stephanie Bennett (@StephsBubble) reported from Ealing, England@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?
-
Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

Tony Crean (@tony1945) reported from Richmond, England@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... Hoy Te Hablo De (@hoytehablode) reported@O2 You should also make sure to send an sms or email so the client can know the call is legit, I had to spend 3 hours on the phone to fix this mess

Gary (@Bov__) reported@chipstuart67 @O2 I mean it would be unusual for a big corporation like o2 to only be interested in money and not give a **** about their customers……
-
Niamh Spurle (@niamhs90) reported@O2 adding a load of extra steps to get into my account to pay my bill is driving me mad. Paying full price for a service that was down for over 3 months is more annoying.
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported@O2 are ignoring customers! Their profits took a dive last year so you'd think they'd treat us customers better as to stop it continuing into 2026! Mast not worked properly in over a year and no refunds paid out! A big company that can't afford to pay it's debts. Embarrassing!
-
DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported@maxkarpis @O2 The worst part is, I think Revolut is an MVNO and uses O2's infrastructure.
-
VillaChicken (@AVFCMadrid27) reported@O2 @o2 your signal coverage app is incorrect. The map show blue where there is no reliable 5g, cant generally get 4g. This is not temporary, been the case for months. People need to go into Shops for wifi to pay parking.
-
W (@NWIWC01) reported@O2 @Happyengland79 The mast in tameside doesnt work either, my signal is always awful. Im leaving when I have time to ring around places
-
W (@NWIWC01) reported@O2 Cant it just be fixed? For the first time ever yesterday I lost a dog and had to ring people. Not registered on network isn't good enough for 40 minutes. Luckily for me, the dog went to my van after being spooked by thunder. Ive had to be two way radios for my colleagues.
-

Wayne Tuckwell 💚🖤 (@waynetuckwell) reported@O2 so when am I going to get an update to ticket number: CIT-A408955. Or you hoping I’ll just go away and not bother you again? I will not be renewing with O2 as your customer service is poor to say the least.
