    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save Β£1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    Do you know what? Mobile operators get a lot of scorn, but I have spoken to some really lovely @o2 customer service reps over the last few days who have been very helpful sorting out all my contract and SIM issues. So πŸ‘.

    Two years of no service from @O2. Two years of paying two contracts to them despite this. And still they want Β£189 early exit fee. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back!! Lots of promises, no call. Yet have received an enforcement notice!! Intentional possibly?@MartinSLewis?

    @O2 I've been waiting for a replacement refurbished iPhone 16e since 10 July. Your agent says a complaint was raised 25 July, but I was never notified. If the exact model is unavailable, why not offer an alternative?

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Ticketmaster are the same if you want to update your number on their system, they text a code to the number registered. Which is great if you still have that number, calling customer support is the only other option!

    My postcode BR1 5BJ shows 5G+ good coverage yet I get 4G only. I pay 5G so you are in breach of contract for failing to deliver service I signed up for. Please fix this. @O2
