    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 Yes Iโ€™ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - Iโ€™ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5
