    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If sheโ€™s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    The is very cathartic after 25 years with @O2 Iโ€™ve left for @VodafoneGroup the o2 customer care and support is utterly woeful. And having given them so many chances Iโ€™ve had enough, so over to you vodaphone can you step up

    @O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

    @O2 a freeing of mine was sold a phone from your shop in bury a few mths ago but has had problems with it time and time again eventually going bk to o2 in Trafford centre to have it looked at only to find there is no record of this phone anywhere in records . Police investig
