@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

Hey @O2 is there any way of claiming some money back as we’re into a second week of service disruption due to the works going on in HP5. I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.

@O2 I ordered a SIM for a no-commitment "Rolling Plan" - then got a call about 1-year minimum SIM-only deals. And it doesn't allow me to connect to the MyO2 app to activate the rolling plan. Then customer service say they can't do anything about it, but try and push SIM-only...

Absolutely appalling customer service from @O2 conned into getting a tablet I didn’t want/need it has upped my monthly bill, even though he said it would come down, try & apply my NHS discount, doesn’t get done, book call for today at 10.30, no call & online help is diabolical!
