    The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @O2 hello. I have just moved over to O2 and am considering buying a phone from the company Oneplus. I have read that Oneplus phones don't work with the O2 5g network, is this correct? I don't want to buy the phone then realise I can't receive 5g. Thanks in advance

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    Signal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isn’t working at all and I’m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. It’s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2
