@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

  • siegeism siege (@siegeism) reported from London, England

@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

  • HarryRobertson5 Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

  • StephsBubble Stephanie Bennett (@StephsBubble) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 Yes I’ve had the iPhone since the 3G and never had this before - I’ve now tested on both front and rear cameras with and without HDR and it bleaches every time. Is the product faulty @AppleSupport or is this an iPhone 12 issue in general. How can I fix it?

  • MissusWebb Sarah 🧡 (@MissusWebb) reported from Burnham, England

  • ninavdbennett Nina Van Driel (@ninavdbennett) reported from Windsor, England

@O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

  • Kierbro Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from London, England

  • carboncoach Dave Hampton 🌍 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@O2 Tried everything. (Apart from trying SIM in another phone). Previously if ever ‘SIM not working’ flashed up all I had to do was switch phone on/off. Not this time. Help!

  • nickshuttle Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • bigpete1973 Pete Harrison (@bigpete1973) reported

@O2 how embarrassing for you. Unable to cope with priority demand for Peter kaye. 24 hours too late you are back up and all the tickets have been sold to the poxy Three network. I’ve just handed in my notice and joined them. At least they can organise drinks at a brewery.

  • cbrailsford82 Chris brailsford (@cbrailsford82) reported

@O2 1st time using o2 priority & what a load of s***e. You said tickets were being sold yet the app & website wouldn't load at all. I tried from 10am yesterday morning. It's another gimic to get people to buy from your company but then like the mobile and TV service its not reliable.

  • SandraS11199647 Sandra Stephenson (@SandraS11199647) reported

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk How can every venue be sold out when your website was down all day yesterday?, such a shame we just renewed our contracts with O2, we will in the future be going else where.

  • freddohead Craig (@freddohead) reported

@O2 I downloaded Priority specifically for Peter Kay tickets. Yesterday the app crashed, today they're no longer available. Wasted far too much time trying with your pointless app. 😤😥 Never again!

  • vishalsingla12 vishal singla (@vishalsingla12) reported

    @O2 Gregg's offer not working today.pls help

  • tweetvica Vicky A (@tweetvica) reported

@O2 How is that possible?! They can’t have sold through priority? I can’t see 1 single o2 customer who got through! This has totally backfired I’m switching this was the icing on the cake of always having AWFUL SIGNAL! Perhaps you just let new Virgin customers get through

  • gslaing Gary Laing (@gslaing) reported

@O2 HOW! the website has been down all day, have your corporate clients got in through the VIP lane? obvious that your real customers are not your Priority #o2 #peterkaytickets #peterkay

  • andymac1341 Andrew Macarthur🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👊 (@andymac1341) reported

@O2 24hrs later and the priority app still isn’t working and now you’ve sold out somehow- absolute rubbish service , other providers can offer a more reliable service for my devices at a cheaper price .

  • razorwire00 Rob Sharp (@razorwire00) reported

@O2 You're a joke. An ISP that can't host a web server and have absolutely no systems in place to stop bots from bulk buying tickets. Absolutely disgusting. Your priority tickets are now on sale via third party sellers at astronomical prices. Absolute **** show

  • natashafayehunt NatashaFayeHunt (@natashafayehunt) reported

@O2 so there was a glitch when buying Peter Kay tickets where anyone could go onto gigs and tours and just tweak the URL. This meant o2 customers went without? What are you going to do to resolve this? Total fail on your part… what’s the point in having o2 priority 🫠
