  • Mountie31
Ben Mitch 🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🤪 (@Mountie31) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

@O2 your signal in Hammersmith is a joke. London in 2021 and can’t even make a phone call.

  • tony1945
Tony Crean (@tony1945) reported from Richmond, England

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This guff about roaming charges is nonsense, Nadine ..... But then you queried the amount of state support going to Channel 4, when in fact they're self-financing. Truth, eh? Not a standard which you bother with much...

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • princesstash617
    Tasha 🦄 (@princesstash617) reported

@O2 the company that ask you a suitable time that call back, ensure or promise to call you back at that time and you never hear anything until you phone again. 5 times now, getting a bit frustrating to say the least.

  • Frugal_ways
    Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported

@O2 Website crashing - after displaying payment screen - tried on three browsers now. Thought it was the authorisation issue, default email opening a browser that no longer works with website. Changed default browser on email, it worked, but payment confirmation screen crashed.

  • SarahWM45
    Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reported

On the phone to @o2 and the security settings to go through both automated and to human are utterly insane. Unworkable. Cannot understand what they are saying. Stressful and confusing. We have no signal for two years and they still want exit fees!! @MartinSLewis

  • garynetchells
    𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reported

What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

  • NRose_N5
    N Rose (@NRose_N5) reported

@bombdiggy__ @O2 I’m in the exact same sitaution as you. Nearly most of North London, I either get extremely slow coverage & a lot of time, I have ZERO coverage. I’m trapped rn too & got offered a great deal from EE as well💔 gonna try fight to get the deal back once I’m free from O2 shackles!

  • JohnTillUK
    John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported

@McWhirterAlex @kieran_jsmith I had to leave @o2 after 29 years as the service had just deteriorated so badly. Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

  • BoredGeezer69
    JustaBoredGeezer (@BoredGeezer69) reported

@O2 How crap is your MY O2 App I've been trying to upgrade my daughters phone (the contract is in my name) ALL DAMNED MORNING all I've consistently had is "oops something has gone wrong" I've had enough and after being with O2 for probably over 20 yrs I'm leaving

  • Fletchmeister81
    Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported

@EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

  • JohnnyFocal
    Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported

Ok - what has @o2 done to fix their mistake of trying to improve my service by cutting me off? Absolutely nothing - ultimately useless

  • SarahWM45
    Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reported

Through a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis
