People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

@O2 employs some real Mensa candidates... Trying to find out the whereabouts of a refund on my account from when @O2 royally botched my service last month. @O2 wants to notify me of the outcome of an investigation... ...by SMS ...to the number I no longer have. Well done!
