Plusnet Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@Plusnet Poor overall @Plusnet couldn't even give me some credit for overcharging me... may have to go to @Ofcom
-
(((Tim from Radio Clash))) 🌈 🏳️🌈💛🤍💜🖤 (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
-
Lynx Floosie FiJ 🇺🇦 🇮🇱🎗 (@feeflefifski) reportedHi @EE, you moved me from being a @Plusnet broadband customer to you today. The new router is up and running but what should I do with the old router and power cable?
-
sussexgirl (@sussexgirl3) reportedMy sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .

Critic No1 (@CriticNo1) reported@Plusnet Done this several times over the last few weeks and the problem still persists. Robots and no humans. Disgraceful service. Already put in place moving to another service.
-
David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
-
🇰🇪 (@MrLewisVuitton) reported@NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Haven’t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

Bri 💙 (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?
