My Internet has died. Plusnet say it's a BT Openreach issue & it won't be fixed till after Xmas. But it's only a day till I'm away for 10 days so not too bad I guess.

  • stephpb
Steph 🍻 (@stephpb) reported from Camden Town, England

@Plusnet , unfortunately @WeAreOpenreach weren’t able to confirm that we have an appointment, just rather enigmatically that they’ve ‘been in contact’ with you. This contact wasn’t flagged when I was on the phone to you earlier trying to confirm appointment. Can you help?

@Plusnet - I enjoy being a customer of your's but I what don't enjoy, when I am having to account for every penny at the moment due to being in between jobs, is being presented with a Bill which is two months worth of usage. It is *so important for companies like yourself to get

  • stephpb
Steph 🍻 (@stephpb) reported from Camden Town, England

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet It’s a business and there is apparently an issue at your end. An issue that lets plusnet arrange appointments that you guys are never going to show up to. Really shocking that it’s taken almost 2 months to get nothing.

  • kjackson1984
K Jackson (@kjackson1984) reported from Barnet, England

@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

  • RJBrock
Ryan Brock (@RJBrock) reported from Walthamstow, England

    @aggettchills @Plusnet @plusnethelp Ask @BorwickBitches for help

  • MilaGriebel

@plusnethelp You apparently have looked into it and for the moment it's working. Thank you for you passive aggressive message. In keeping with the tone of customer services at Plusnet.

  • tandleman
Tandleman (@tandleman) reported from Poplar, England

@Plusnet Great service for a problem that occurred yesterday. Prompt and hopefully the new router solves the problem. Will let you know. 👍

  • DrummerboySJ1
The Drummerboy ✨🇬🇧🇬🇭 (@DrummerboySJ1) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet Absolutely terrible service from both parties. Your engineers have shown absolute negligence and lack of understanding of the job they have been contracted to do, and as a result has had a negative effect on my business.

  • Gutbuster40
Gary Reynolds (@Gutbuster40) reported from Barnet, England

I thought customer service couldn’t get any worse until I dealt with @Plusnet @plusnethelp

  • branat01
Tasha Fine (@branat01) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

  • DrKAinslie
Kylie Ainslie (@DrKAinslie) reported from Islington, England

You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

@SBarrettBar @zeninternet Same with Plusnet, i switched from Vodaphone when i tried to get in contact with them as my broadband went down as did my telephone and it took them 2 weeks to even reply. No phone numbers were answered by them.

  • A_C_Whitehouse
    Adam Whitehouse (@A_C_Whitehouse) reported

@Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!

  • peztyke
    peztyke (@peztyke) reported

@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.

@Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time
