  @Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
