    @OpenreachHelp there is no point in you saying to contact my provider @SkyUK as I have been in touch with them & they need you to install the cable before they can send their engineer to install the broadband service

    @SkyUK are you ever going fix the @SpotifyUK app for Sky Q or are you going to just allow it to freeze and crash the box after about 3 songs forever? It’s been like this for about 12 months at least. I keep trying in the hope you might have sorted it but still nothing.

    Absolutely appalled with the service of @SkyUK ! Waited twice for an engineer and today they had the courtesy of calling me saying they were on their way only to then send a text rescheduling 40 mins later for 2 days time ! @SkyUK I am completely let down by your service

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

    @SkyHelpTeam moving into a temporary accommodation tomorrow, I am moving my TV, Phone and Internet service with me, unfortunately I have been told it will be another 2 and a half weeks before internet is installed, is there any option of getting round this or doing sooner?

    ****** @SkyHelpTeam my bills for TV and broadband are increasing from £96 a month to £121.50. Will definitely be looking to cancel with that level of increase. It was £91 a month when I took the contract out in 2020!

    @SkyHelpTeam morning. I've cancelled and switched to NOW, however I have a bill for the period 23rd April to 22nd May. As I am no longer paying for a service why do I have a bill for a period where my broadband and calls will not be provided and I was out of contract?

    @SkySports @SkyCricket Stokes is the only logical option. You could say Broad/Anderson but after being left out last time and towards the end of their careers…could only be a temporary fix?
