Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
