I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

@SkyHelpTeam There is no point calling your help team the problem is beyond my router and in the wider network.... The router is connected and can ping and resolve dns addresses but there is no significant download speed (upload is fairly normal)... Please escalate to your network team...
