because when he said it would £65 pound for the main socket to be moved in my room to get good service . he then said we don't supply that service when he clearly said it would cost £65 to move the socket . seemed like he wanted his way (rodger) @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam very poor

1. @SkyHelpTeam is there anyway to change from sky Q back to Sky+ HD? Only got this stupid machine as you gave me a good deal when we moved house. Since the day after you connected it won't even find my WiFi, can't even press red button for different Winter Olympic events tbc.
