Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. Fails to load half the time & when it does it quite often will freeze & or lose the sound. The presentation of the none red button games is stale.
