Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace
