That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Problems from the start our phone number not ported and 12 operative and 4 hours of my time to be told I will need to cancel and be without internet for 1-2 weeks how can this be right.
