Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

Takes 5 mins and would really help her. Shameful.

It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

Surely if a customer is crying on the call then the salesperson is under obligation to bring the call to a swift end. I’m furious that she’s been treated like this.
