Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

What a massive screw up that @skysports and @btsportfootball aren’t showing the biggest game of the season so far #LFC v #Spurs with Amazon streaming it instead. That’s nearly as bad as leaving a chance that Italy could play Argentina in Naples.

I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

@OpenreachHelp 24 hours have now passed and nobody from @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp have given me any explanation or update as to why I still have no fibre broadband after our “installation” yesterday. Not to mention the material damage done to my property yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam I was out all day yesterday and when I got in it said Sky signal is not available.Resetting hasn't fixed it and it hasn't come back in time.Programmes from earlier in the day hadnt recorded so it must have gone in the morning or early afternoon.I'm not aware of anything changing!

@SkyHelpTeam At least one reboot every week. Yesterday I had a HDD failure warning and being old the box doesn't support HDR. The original box was supplied on a "loan" basis, continuing to be owned by Sky. Surely a replacement box should be free..?

@SkyHelpTeam Customer of 40+ years Diamond VIP 💎 SkyQ since the start. SkyQ box is 6 years old, I'd like a replacement, but I'm not paying for the privilege. 40 minutes on the phone, when the 4th person required another retelling, I hung up. Seriously thinking of moving on.

@SkySports Why don't you support people like Paul by closing down sky bet then remove all betting advertisements across all channels apps and platforms? You could also contractually ban all those employed by Sky from appearing in betting adverts.
