Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

@SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

@OpenreachHelp 24 hours have now passed and nobody from @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp have given me any explanation or update as to why I still have no fibre broadband after our “installation” yesterday. Not to mention the material damage done to my property yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, there are no issues with the line, OpenReach literally need to send someone to the local cabinet to switch the line on but keep reallocating resources and pushing us back, I have called many times and nothing changes. Nobody seems able to actually get things moving

@SkyHelpTeam Far beyond the original estimate. 1st message I got said it would be delayed 2 days to Mon 13th. I'm presuming they are putting down tools soon and restarting after Xmas. There is clearly a high level of incompetence in the project planning. I will think twice about renewing.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Go’s download feature is terrible. It gives you 24 hours to complete the show once you start it - and won’t allow you to download shows too many times. Any reason for this? Sometimes you want to revisit your favourite show or you watch bits of your downloads.

@SkySports When women start to finance, build, control & support their own clubs and stadia then the talk won't be so cheap, at the moment the women's game piggy backs on the men's game too much, bigger stadiums come by building independent club structure & increasing their fan base support
