    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    I don’t often rant but @skyuk the 9 hrs we’ve wasted with your customer service is a joke. I’ve been a customer of yours from day 1 how on earth do you cancel someone’s broadband & tell them you can’t reinstate it until December 31st #WFH

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

    @MoneySavingExp Yes this happened to me with @SkyHelpTeam and only noticed when I was charged an enormous amount one month. Not a good business strategy despite otherwise excellent service

    @SkyHelpTeam can you clear something up for me, if you have Sky q equipment, it is not owned by the customer it is "rented" is that right? If so, why would I need Sky protect as if there's a problem with my sky q box, surely as it is rented it is up to you to fix it?

    @SkyHelpTeam Then why not offer further assistance? Why not look into the reasons why your staff have not rang back as they said they would. Or that I was told that there was a problem in the area when there isn't one with all my neighbours. The customer service so far has been abysmal.

    Why do Skysports still insist on adding extra fake crowd noise even though there's actual fans at Wembley today?! I've just switched over to another broadcaster and you can definitely tell that Sky are adding more noise. Do they think viewers are that stupid ffs 😒 #BRESWA
