Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam as a Sky mobile & Sky TV subscriber, if i tether my IPad to my Sky mobile phone hotspot, do I still get free data for watching Sky Go on the iPad? Thanks for your help!
-
Greg Ohm (@grdoangel) reported from Islington, England@SkyHelpTeam we have had no broadband service for at least an hour which has followed all day of dropped connection and last week on Tuesday. Please fix as we are both WFH needing internet.
-
Thom Di Choi 😇 (@thomdichoi) reported from Islington, England@scott_stonio @SkyFootball @SkySports It was specifically stupid to highlight your stupidity. But I suppose that went over your head just like the difference between race and nationality did 🤘
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Enormous confusion at Sky as 2 separate calls failed to give me the answer you gave! So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!
-
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England@SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

Omer Reza (@omerreza) reported from Hackney, England@SkyHelpTeam @Tweeting_Rich @SkyHelpTeam when you say you are not aware - we are making you aware right now?! It’s multiple people from the specific areas saying it’s down - so why on earth is Sky replying saying “we are not aware”? What kind of non-sense is this?
-
Have you met Harj? (@AussieHarj) reported from Walthamstow, England@snellcj @SkySports The Hill/Schumacher rivalry was great and no silly tribalism from fans. The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today
-
MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
-
Rachel Wedderburn (@rachelbettelley) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.
-

Insatiable-Eray2019 (@ErayM2014) reported from Islington, England@SkyHelpTeam hi. I'm having issues accessing my router using the usual method. I have the SR203 and it says my password will be sent unencrypted. Already spoken to an agent and his solution doesn't work! Please help.
-
aleibeauty.com (@LeiSachelle) reported from Camden Town, England@SkyHelpTeam No. I’ve left. I want to discuss abysmal service and the audacity to charge me a termination fee
-
MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Whom exactly do I contact in order to claim compensation for loss of service?

DeController (@DeController) reported@SkySports Explain? It's about money off course. Longer halftime. More commercials. And it's anti football. **** you FIFA for trying to turn this into the superbowl. We don't care about those artists. Gfto here.
-
Sam Brown 🏴 (@SamBrow74823937) reported@SkySports He dived to win a foul & possibly get an opponent booked. That’s cheating and it deserved a yellow which meant a red as he’d already been booked. If was the Swiss manager I’d be raging at Embolo for doing such a stupid thing when already on a yellow.
-
Crash. (@Crash49676428) reported@GazWallace402 @SkySports No. The law says if the ball touches the camera which it did it becomes a dead ball play must stop thats the law no goal free kick to Norway that's the law , the law was broken and disadvantage to Norway which by definition is cheating
-
grayedge (@grayedgethistle) reportedThe camera work on @SkySports for the @TheOpen is terrible.
-
tO (@OmalleyAFC) reported@B_JMills @F_Edits @SkySports The absence of a signal from the chip is evidence, but it isn’t definitive proof that no contact occurred. VAR is supposed to consider all the available evidence, including the footage and the ball’s trajectory.
-
jimmy thompson (@jimmy_thompson5) reported@SkySports After England scored, thought we looked knackered.. Goal was coming from Argentina.. Terrible substitutions,so negative..
-
J. M. Rydningen (@jmrydningen) reported@swain_dog_ @F_Edits @SkySports It’s never a pen! Hence why it was ruled out! Regarding the cam/wire, the rules Are clear! The ball should’ve been stopped and dropped.
-
Dr. Marion Allison M.CLDSC (@marionacldsc) reportedI was warned, don't move to @SkyUK. Having ignored this advice, unfortunately, I can confirm poor customer service. @SkyHelpTeam comprised of bots, hours of online chat, repeating the same info, yet no resolution and a week without service and broken promises 😠
-
Scotland Football xG guy (@scotland_xg) reported@SkySports There’s no way it should have been ruled out. The game should have been stopped, if the ref saw the incident. When it wasn’t stopped play on. This is a non story. England had so much to do and bellinghams goal is like maradonnas versus Belgium. We want more goals and less VAR
-
wood (@r9woody) reported@SkySports Fifa said the ball never touch the wire so move on from it now game done
