@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

Hi @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam – My Sky broadband was due to be installed on Nov 9 2020 and is still not working. I've had to travel into central London to work from an office with wifi - v risky during a pandemic! Pls can you advise on how to resolve this ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam The transition from virgin to sky has been nothing but trouble for them and they were assured that by today, all services would be working. I spoke to them half hour ago they are watching ‘basic TV’. The engineer left today and still not set up correctly.

@SkySports @Carra23 Takes 2-3 years before you are good at your job and know all what’s expected. Any manager needs time to build a direction. Said it over and over he inherited 3 sets of players that failed under previous regimes. Takes time to fix that.

@SkyHelpTeam it’s a shame you can not deliver what you promise . I talked my mother in law into changing to sky . She has now had 3 visits from yourself and virgin . She was told today it would all be working . Yet again she has been left let down . Our parents are in the 70’s
