    @OpenreachHelp 24 hours have now passed and nobody from @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp have given me any explanation or update as to why I still have no fibre broadband after our “installation” yesterday. Not to mention the material damage done to my property yesterday.

    Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

    What a massive screw up that @skysports and @btsportfootball aren’t showing the biggest game of the season so far #LFC v #Spurs with Amazon streaming it instead. That’s nearly as bad as leaving a chance that Italy could play Argentina in Naples.

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    @SkyHelpTeam Our landline is completely dead so that’s the priority as my parents are waiting for news of Covid vaccination. Our broadband is poor (disconnected three times during my 10 min call to Sky) but the line was tested this morning and is fine. So not much we can do on that

    @SkySports @markmcadamtv Shocking that in the 21st century we still have this problem. Online trolls need to be identified and made accountable straight away, given a large fine and made public so anyone else thinking of it had better check their bank balance first

    @SkyHelpTeam Shocking service from sky engineer. After waiting weeks for an appointment to fix an ongoing sky issue, your sky engineer turned up today informing me that he had received an email last night from head office confirming they were not allowed to enter any properties

    @SkyHelpTeam Had an email from you saying to get in touch about a problem with my broadband order. The phone number just results in my being sent a text message with a generic link, and the text number had a reply saying messaging is currently closed.
