    @SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

    @skyuk Sky bad service,ordered Q box 18 Dec,delivery 16 Feb,8-5 ,waited all day,4.35,2 engineers arrived not interested installing late Sunday,every excuse not to install, phoned 19th Feb said would make new date, no one call back for install to-date. Total rubbish.

    I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

    @SkyHelpTeam @paulao81 Paula. Your testing your mobile phones wifi speed (looks like u posted the image from a phone). to test the real speed, u need a pc and a network lead to the sky router. Only then can you check the correct download speed. U need to test via wires

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, my line seems down. I've re booted the router numerous time, getting a yellow light, rather than green and admin screen shows no connection. Is SM25HY down

    @SkyHelpTeam the mini box disconnections, pixelated pictures, sound drop outs, snail speed fibre broadband are worse than ever now with this new unfit for purpose HDR v3 box. I was even advised to terminate my @bt_uk BB contract by Sky for this awful service. HELP @BBCWatchdog

    @CoachRuudy @SkySports I’m extremely angry at Sky. Terrible Company. No offence to the player, but there are larger news stories more news worthy. Yet sky purposely chose to ignore some real news stories and replace them with ones that contain ethnic minorities. For ideology and quota purposes. Sad !

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I have already raised a complaint during my phone call with Sky this morning. However the problem is that we are still without internet for 4 days with people working from home etc. I don't get how this is acceptable. You caused the problem so you should correct it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Recently restarted a new contract with you and was told I'd be sent packaging and label to send old router back, which hasn't been received. Have since received a text advising we'll be charged if this doesn't get returned. Customer support were no help! Pls advise.

    They should suspend or cancel all football untill this passes I can't see how they think there exempt to many footballers *************** and breaking rules but nothing done to them again money talks from @SkySports and @btsport It's moraly wrong atm
