@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

@SkyHelpTeam have been continuously let down and disappointed with Sky. My broadband has been cutting in and out all day. This is a regular problem. My landline has been down for most of this year, had to pay for several microfilters And still have no phone. What am I paying for?
