Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!
