    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    @SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

    @SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv never buy anything from sky. Customer service is hopeless. They Book appointments and no one turns up nor contact you - weeks later I still can not talk to anyone about fixing my issue. Worse of all I am paying for a service for months that I am not getting

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply, Claire. Someone on Sky Community has since explained that I now need an app password for each device rather than my Sky password. I have done this and the issue is resolved.

    @lynnedixon14 @TheSquareTiger @SkyHelpTeam No what’s annoying me more at the min than loss of service comp is we are all hammering our data. We all have different allowances, different renewal dates for new data allowance and we shouldn’t be having to hammer that if we are at home and meant to be connected to WiFi. 10hrs

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, lots of frustration in Durham, particularly from those working from home. An update would be simple courtesy and the very least of a customers expectation, an ETA for a fix would be better. Lack of comms is dreadful for an expensive AND essential service.
