@virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done that. It went off atleast 15 times last night but came back on eventually. It’s always going off though and it disrupts my calls when I’m working from home. Awful service.

@SkyUK It’s terrible. Don’t buy it. The traffic management within the router is so rubbish I get cut off work zoom calls when any other devices connect. Trying Vodafone instead £19 and no problems.

@SkyHelpTeam If the prices of renewal is best given to me then it pains me to say sky are falling behind other providers 💔 I have always been happy with sky but this time i have been let down and will unfortunately reluctantly be leaving sky but thank you being great for 9 years to me
