@SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

@SkyHelpTeam Same problem this week for #HungarianGP feed goes very boxy and audio starts breaking up. I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s your feed that you charge people for or whether it’s my hardware, dish or box. Not happy.

Is there an issue with @skyuk TV in the West Lothian area or wider? The folks' service keeps saying they can't get a satellite signal.. rebooted the box a dozen times but no joy getting their service back.
