@SkyHelpTeam I followed the thread on the issue I have. It tested the connections and told me everything was fine. Even though I have 2 tablets that were fine yesterday but will not connect today. There was no number provided that I could see. Are you having lots of problems today?

@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

Hey @SkyUK Moved to sky mobile a couple of weeks ago and at the time I could only get a 30gb price plan as that was the maximum you did. Now I find your offering new customer 50gb for the same money yet if I want it it’s going to be an extra £10 a month!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m in Greater Manchester, my broadbands been intermittent since before Christmas. Last couple of days it’s seems to have gotten worse, mobiles switching to 4G etc. Checked my app and my speed is well below what it should be, tried to call no answer, no online chat- help please!
