    @SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

    @SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

    @SkyHelpTeam “It usually takes a couple of days to fix things” that isn’t acceptable. Thousands of people are working from home. We need to be given a better timeframe.

    @yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

    my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone isn't connecting to number that is definitely in use (says number doesn't exist but it is definitely correct). They told me to contact network provider about it as it is working at their end

    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @Play_Ruff Seems a bit steep even for @SkyUK (masquerading as @NOW) So you pay £10/mth for the TV, then they disrupt the stream with adverts, limit you to a single device, and offer the old service but only if you pay an extra 50%?! Not surprised you've gone. Plenty of others I'd imagine!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Any chance someone could make contact with me. Your engineer came over a week ago and told me he could do nothing to improve my signal (didnt even move from his van) and some1 would contact me. No sky for 3 weeks now. Poor service indeed
