    @SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really slow takes awhile for things to load. Can't even check my speed test as it's not connecting to my hub so it says that on the app and on sky's (your) website

    So yet again @SkyHelpTeam penalise their long standing customers who have older equipment by not giving them the full experience. No HDR, no @disneyplus in 4K for me. Itโ€™s not like Iโ€™ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think this is the final straw. #beliveinbettermyarse

    @SkyUK is anyone around that can help, we changed to sky about a week ago and can't seem to get the second puck working. It worked fine until about 2 nights ago. Tried resetting it, tried changing hdmi cables, and a factory reset but nothing. Might go back to virgin

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom Dear Sky please update or recall your sky max hub routers as they are really not great.compared to other wifi 6 routers on the market from other providers this is by far the worst.and for the price you charge you are not cheap either

    @FabrizioRomano Ibrahima Konatรฉ leaving Liverpool as free agent is no news to me. I remember his performance against Galatasaray this season, one of the worst individual performances I have watched. And according to SkySports 62 percent of Liverpool goals conceded this season were as a result of Ibrahima Konatรฉโ€™s mistakes. Liverpool should just move on.
