@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

You can turn the tv on the remote won’t work so you have to turn it off & on again 😒 overall service from sky is awful & once you’ve got sky glass your stuck for 4 years!!!!
