On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

A far better outcome than having to take a couple days off for a Tuesday fixture. The bigger issue is being at the mercy of @CrossCountryUK trains.
