Broadband’s kaput, have been running diagnostics for two hours, went out to buy a new ADSL filter/cable only to be told by @SkyHelpTeam that it’s a local issue, it could take up to two days to fix, and they won’t let us know when it’s working again. Happy Friday, one and all.

I got sky Q yesterday. Ppl tell me it’s really good but I wouldn’t know as it keeps crashing, I called about it this eve and did a factory reset, but clearly hasn’t worked. Going to have to go to the tip & get my old sky box back because this one is crap. @SkyHelpTeam
