@SkyHelpTeam My issue is you send an engineer NOT trained in installing sky q boxes to install a sky Q box! That is stupid at best, I took time off work today to be told by your team member he wasn’t trained for the job you sent him on!

@SamNewing_88 @SkyHelpTeam Not at Sky’s end. It’s ongoing issues with their playout provider Red Bee following a fire incident on Saturday night which has damaged quite a lot of systems. As The Box and Kiss are working, they are being used as a back up service for their sister channels.
