Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but it’s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam really looking forward to my new sky Glass TV coming on Thursday after upgrading this morning. Had quite an issue trying to sign the credit agreement but thankfully to a customer service technical urgent managed it. She needs a pay rise for her help fixing it.

@SkyHelpTeam my phone isn't connecting to number that is definitely in use (says number doesn't exist but it is definitely correct). They told me to contact network provider about it as it is working at their end

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had intermittent issues with our internet and tv since Boxing Day. It’s getting worse by the day and affecting most Sky customers in our village. Your broadband check online says there are no issues but clearly there is.
