Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

@SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

@SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

@sporting_pigeon @richbow9 @SkyHelpTeam Try it wired first. Wi-fi is a very poor technology made even worse by the cheap router providers send out. To save time wait for when it’s poor on Wi-fi. Plug in laptop and check speed again

Tried streaming can't do it when @SkyUK WiFi is so **** it won't let me broadcast the gameplay even once I switched to a game which is single player might have to switch provider cause of how **** and inconsistently they are

@SkySports Ok. They did finish 5th in 2013/14, which I will commend, and did reasonably well in the cups, for a couple of seasons, but there needs to be a spark from the club. Where are they heading? I wouldn’t say they could be going down, as on paper, they’re “too good” to do so.
