@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

my sky minibox doesn’t work, my sky WiFi booster doesn’t work, my internet still isn’t getting fixed till Friday (even then openreach may not come) used most my mobile data as the wifi won’t let me do anything @SkyHelpTeam today I was told to reset my rooter three times - HELP

We have a Sky Q box. It's been dropping out on recordings and live channels. The @SkyUK troubleshooting goes all the way to factory resetting = deleting everything on your DVR. Thats not troubleshooting. Its just ensuring the customer won't do that step... and you can't progress.
