    @theinsidernufc @NUFCgallowgate This constant comparison is boring. I never had issue with Bruce getting job @SkySports it’s what I expect from ownership & their ambition. But hoping we may now have owners that are ambitious & want NUFC to be it’s best. In which case we would need to change.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyway to actually talk to someone? My grandma was thinking about switching to sky but she’s extremely frustrated because she can’t find who to contact about switching I’ve been all over the internet trying to help but I just keep getting pointed to FAQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

    @SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

    Made the mistake of watching a film on sky showcase. The volume of the film is so low you turn the tv way up and then the adverts are blaring. Come on @SkyUK sort it out. Really poor.

    @liamstephen_ @SkyHelpTeam Our WiFi is incredible, have no issues at all. We only got sky glass because our TV broke and we were ordered the upgrade so just made sense. Wish we hadn't bothered, it's like living in 1998

    @LawesDisorder @SkySports That’s 100% it. There’s a possibility (that was unthinkable 2 months ago) that we could finish top 10. That would be a top 6 second half to the season. Almirons agent said this summer would be “transformative” at Newcastle. That will help.
