@SkyHelpTeam If only I had the choice. Broadband outtage in SW2 (Brixton) for 3 days -literally no internet or TV to use and Sky have no explanation. No communication from Sky. Absolute joke. Hundreds of reports from customers who’s internet is down constantly. Time for a new provider.

@SkyUK is the worst fraud ever! Spent almost an hour talking to yhem about anoyher issue l had with my bloody Qbox (brand new since Novmber) I asked to file a conplaint and they gave me a reference. They sent me the confirmation and two minutes later they closed it!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Your internet is crap and you make customers wait 10 days to send an engineer. 3 or 4 days later it magically starts working again. Happened at least 3 times last year. Absolute garbage and never explain, apologise or offer compensation. Definitely time to leave.
