@stevewallwork @SkySports I deliberately refer to NUFC as United when talking to people at work down south. Think we should reclaim the word on principle (also correct any NUFC fan which all Man U “United”) its doing the Lord’s work.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

@Doctor_Cupcakes @SkyUK They also set up a couple of appointments for installations for which no one ever came making me loose whole days of work for nothing. Status order stuck on same first appointment that never took place until the very last moment.
