    @SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

    Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

    @stretchingDcane @SkySports I don't think "cancelling" applies to brands as much as it does to general public. Stupid of sky to act like they didn't know bout the clips beforehand, but they need to protect their brand because if people cancel speed then theyll cancel everything associated

    @SkyHelpTeam I honestly think that the Sky Mesh Network, or whatever it uses to connect to my wifi is the worst I've ever encountered. Every wifi device in my house maintains a reliable connection except Sky. Genuinely fed up with how unreliable it is!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ross, we understand our problem is in the hands of BT Openreach, who apparently Sky have no control over. Hence we have no idea when we will get Sky broadband back up and running. Unbelievably bad service.
