My skyq mini box hasn’t worked for three weeks and won’t connect either. The advisor said it was a fast connection but the messages on screen and buffering tell a different story.

Should be a sub for all your club's games, not their pick of games. MNF's the worst. 45 mins of MU/Liv, then 15 mins of who's playing. Guarantee it'll be all about them this Mon, though.

Having to use my phone to watch tv because you can’t use the sky apps as they’re buffering and numerous internet not connecting messages!

Just me. (@Shrekeo) reported@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, your customer advisor did escalate this for me but as yet I've heard nothing. I'll see how it goes, I have 4 months left on my contract before I might need to look at switching networks to make the most of my device.

(I've unplugged and replugged everything in to ensure nothing inside my flat but it's same. Only sky Showcased + Gold work)
