@SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

@SkyUK we have moved this year and since then, the reliability of your broadband has been terrible. We live less than 100m from a fibre box, but the network constantly drops. Trying to actually speak to someone is impossible. It just seems that you want our money and that’s it

@SkyHelpTeam @JuliaEBrett The real reason this time is as a result of a fire incident a few days ago. There are still sound issues and no subtitles which is critical for many. A quick search rather than just giving a stock answer will reveal all :-)
