Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyHelpTeam my sky box is crashing on a daily basis. It gets very noisy and won’t turn on. We’ve had an engineer visit and a new box but I’m fed up of having to unplug and restart it as recordings are failing and I’m paying for a service I can hardly watch

@SkySports This collapse was bound to happen as the previous 2 matches shld how inconsistent n badly off form the batting unit 1-7 was. But bcos the media n podcasts were concentrating more on England, this problem was not discussed at all.Big changes shld be done for remaining matches.
