@SkyHelpTeam problems connecting my Qbox when I have my Amazon echos on, have reset the connections but saying I may need a sky booster, but when echos are off the box connects, it’s starting to annoy me now, it’s been happening for a few days on and off now

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to download Season 5 of Chicago Med from Sky Witness on demand but it’s telling me I have to upgrade my package. I have never had an issue downloading series on demand before and ep1 of S6 downloaded without issue. Pls help?

@SkyHelpTeam I have box sets with my package. The issue seems to be that it won’t let me download in SD. Yet have just tried downloading an episode of Will and Grace and it worked fine, in addition to the other episode of Chicago Med I downloaded from season 6. Seems to be a season 5 issue?

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with reception in YO41? My Sky+HD box has no signal and no lock on both channels since Saturday. Tested both cables for continuity (ok) and tried another old box (same problem). Line of sight to dish ok and tried new LNB (same problem).

@SkyHelpTeam Glass really is a piece of crap. We have been trying to watch the football on Sky Sports 1 for the last half an hour and it is so unstable. Wifi to other devices is fine, it’s just not fit for purpose. How easy is it to return it and go back to Sky Q?
