@SkyHelpTeam @sky DESPERATELY need to improve their coverage in Newcastle City centre especially on a match day. I have to use a secondary EE mobile as a hotspot if I want to use my phone and I’m not talking in the stadium either!! #SkyMobile #Network

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect my sky Q box via ethernet. Sky box then says it's attached to SKY993CA Mini boxes work fine. But Sky Go doesn't. It says it can't find the box. I realise I'm not on the same network but I don't know the password for this created network. Please help.

@SkyUK @SkySports had sky out yesterday as I have no signal for any sky tv. Found issue is a trees branches blocking the dish! Going to have to pay to cut down tree. So all I can use is skygo. Anything you can do on my bill as I can’t use Ultra HD or watch f1 live. #help #wantsky
