Just phoned @SkyHelpTeam and, the support (once you finally get through!) as always was very good. But we are always informed of a customer survey that is to be filled in for support given by the advisor. A score of 0-8 is regarded as BAD(!) and only 9-10 is good. (1/2)

@EmmaB_0811 @SkyHelpTeam I had Sky broadband about 5 years ago and it was the same then. If you have Sky TV, the box goes into eco mode in the early hours which kills the wi fi connection to some devices in the house. If you turn off eco mode in settings on your sky tv box, it might solve the problem 🙏

5/7 I would need to contact @SkyUK … so here I am being passed around with no real resolution. The delivery company @dpduk_ , was the first I called on the 1st of September but they said Sky was the only one who could resolve it. Since then, I've been in limbo. I looked online

Anybody have this issue with the sky sports app recently, watching live sport on my phone and it’s goes off saying ‘video unavailable’ multiple times, I have to close down the app and reopen it to work and sometimes it tells me ‘maximum number of devices’ @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam my #internet has been patchy last week & is down today. I am paying for full high speed #fibre. Where is the support or alerts that there is a problem? I am working from home now with no Internet & relying on my phone data which is with another provider, luckily.#sky
