Thank you to 2 members of @SkyUK the other week who had a promotional stand inside Newcastle’s Eldon 🔲. Your help and plastic carriers were a godsend, as the paper bags @BootsUK are using fell apart just feet from the shop. I’m sure they’re very green, but far too flimsy!

@SkyUK how to treat a loyal customer i pay around £140 a month for sky tv broadband and telephone line , well my sky q box froze last night and i now need an engineer who can’t come till November 9th , which i find totally unacceptable and i will be cancelling everything asap

@SkyHelpTeam can’t believe after so many years of being a sky customer, they can’t even knock off the price increase when they aren’t giving us the speed of internet promised. We can find better price deals being new customers with other companies but thought we’d stay loyal.

My existing @SkyUK package is up for renewal - I currently pay £110.50 per month. The person on the phone has told me all prices have increased by 10% and the new price is £129.50 per month. Sorry but that’s a 17.19% increase. I threaten to cancel & it’s now £114. Funny that!
