@denzilOshamen @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 I demanded to speak to a manager. After 15 mins of being told I would get the same answer from a manager, agent went away then came back and told me that they “have found a way to give me the router for free” Sky’s customer service has worsened since I joined 5 years ago.

Each lockdown has been a nightmare cos virigin internet randomly goes down. Sometimes in the middle of video calls.
