@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, was shocked to see my direct debit had increased to £44 and taken out of my account this morning. Not happy. This is really expensive for Sky without any packages. Please get it back to what it was or I will cancel altogether. Thanks. Please advise.

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam @tomjennings In addition to this, its been down since Wed lunchtime with zero updates bar 1 text message saying you knew there was an issue but no further updates. Seems it is affecting a large area around ched/pitstone/berko/tring etc so seems pretty major and not just an isolated issue

@nicykp2 @SkyHelpTeam 48 working hours the SLA set out by Ofcom so if you don’t “prefer” that then take it up with them. And as per Ofcom’s autocomp you’ll get a money if its been down for longer than 2 full working days so it would still need to be off on Monday for you to get a penny. Glorious
