We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

Also make official complaint so it's escalated to a manager and they should offer cash or credit as a sorry.
