    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam No no you must be joking I have tried calling it's a joke and let's talk about the white noise that happens after waiting 11.2 mins every time I call. To make me hang up. Either get someone to message me or call or your gone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box has had no signal since yesterday. I have tried all the checks/reboots several times to no avail. We haven't had a storm, so cant understand why I cant get a signal. I live in a block of flats with a communal dish. Any suggestions pls?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Michelle - however my service status was showing all Green during the outage which was not accurate. There was no information anywhere & when paying a hefty subscription each month its not the service I expect as a Sky customer. Please note this as a complaint.

    @SkyHelpTeam There must be some way that sky can contact me . Everytime I speak with someone they can't fix my account even though its been cancelled due to sky's mistake. They log a call back for someone who can apparently help ..still waiting. I'm on day 8 of no WiFi completely outrageous
