@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam just received a call from 0800 597 9843 claiming to be from you. After some incredibly mundane questions about the weather etc, said they wanted to help me get the most of my new mobile. Said I didn’t need it and they promptly hung up. Not great service at all.

. @skytv and. @SkyUK haven't had notification that you intend to charge 42% more for my Internet next month.. So you can forget it. Plus checked my renewal price 35% higher than now... You can forget it. With broadband being necessary to deliver my TV service you'll be in breach
