@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

@SkyHelpTeam I could be better. Sky could give more information to their inconvenienced customers. I haven’t really had anything. How hard are they working to fix it? Automated messages that aren’t changing doesn’t give much reassurance. It’s not temporary anymore.

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd attempt at trying to cancel my Sky Tv via the chat function, I’ve been waiting this time since 1.10pm while trying to look after a newborn. The hours I’ve wasted doing this are ridiculous. I assume it’s deliberate so people give up and keep Sky instead. Shameful.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m glad you know about the issue but this has taken too long to fix now and there is nothing coming from sky with updates. Why can no one provide an update. Why is it taking so long. When is it going to be fixed
