    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there is an issue in my area and I need an engineer. The concern is for me as a result of no broadband I am unable to complete work from home. We had an issue less than 6 months ago which caused us issues too but it took 2 weeks to fix which is unacceptable.

    @SkyUK I tried to cancel my account a couple of months ago because you doubled my payments. So now I've just had an email saying you are sending my account to debt collectors. My box died 2 months ago so I've not used it since then so I think it's unfair to be charged.
