😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, is service down in Swindon as keeps cutting out. Second time in a week Would be preferable if you were just honest as I have tried the continued diagnosis work around & feeling fed up of the service. The work around is useful then cuts out again shortly after
