@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam I've done all the troubleshooting steps, and I know of at least 10 other people in my area with the same issue. One of my wires going kaput wouldn't explain at least 8 streets being down.
