@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

@virginmedia - What the hell is going on with Virgin TV Go app and the login for @SkySports? I've been unable to login, verified my email, can't reset a password. Reached a screen asking me to call you to set an account recovery code and your call centre said this doesn't exist!
