@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we had the Tv package installed weeks ago with no issues as part of our recent home move. Now we are being continually fobbed off with text messages to advise us of a delay to the phone line install. I’ve called three times now and still no progress!
