    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just added Multiscreen to my account as a result of the offer sent by post, but wasn't told until after ordering that the box won't arrive for 4-5 weeks. Why has the Multiscreen subscription been added to my account from today for a service I can't use for weeks? 🤔
