@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Ever since the big outage the other day our WiFi is at 1.63 ish Mbps download and 3.18 ish Mbps upload speed. It's running far slower than the usual typically mundane WiFi you guys provide to your paying customers. Why am I currently wasting money on super slow WiFi?
