It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. Iโve just renewed my contract which is now under reviewโฆ seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

Thatโs an instant โnoโ from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

Pete (@fergalson) reported@SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said itโs an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
