    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam just received an email from you threatening debt collectors as I haven't returned my sky equipment. Despite asking several times, I'm yet to receive the packaging you have promised. 'Bully boy' & threatening language is really poor ! Please can you help

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, there has been all day. The app says it should be a few hours to fix. So far it’s 13 hours.

    @dalemoon90 @SkySports Just said the same about Carra. It got worst and more Fanzone related when Origi came on and scored. They could always spice it up in the future and have an ex pro from each club Co-commentating along side the commentator, I think that would be received well. But earlier was bias

    @SkyUK have just set up sky go on my PS5 most things are working great however when I try and watch certain series on box sets(sky witness) I get the error message. You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant pack to watch this program I have the entertainment package

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @steve18harvey @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous. And they never contact you. You have to do all of the chasing. Well, they can chase me for my money. My response times will mirror the ‘service’ I’ve received.

    Further to this, @SkyUK have confirmed that they’re aware of the problem, and are pushing @SymantecEMEA who provide the content filtering to fix the problem. They advise you add whitelists to bypass this errant and disruptive filtering for now. Contact our support team for info.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we’ve done this it states there’s an outage, we click what to do next and it says it’s fixed then we run a new test and it says there’s an outage problem still
