@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

@Gazby77 @SkySports Idiot. You still have to make the grade. Footballers are selected by a manager. Plenty of fans disagree all the time with selections. It is not an exact science and as long as players make the grade they should be considered. Same as in all other walks of life.
