    @SkyHelpTeam That’s disappointing Becca. How do I apply for a refund for all the days I’m without this service I pay a lot of money for ? I hope your refund department are quicker than your engineers at sorting things.

    @SkyUK have just set up sky go on my PS5 most things are working great however when I try and watch certain series on box sets(sky witness) I get the error message. You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant pack to watch this program I have the entertainment package

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, there has been all day. The app says it should be a few hours to fix. So far it’s 13 hours.

    @dalemoon90 @SkySports Just said the same about Carra. It got worst and more Fanzone related when Origi came on and scored. They could always spice it up in the future and have an ex pro from each club Co-commentating along side the commentator, I think that would be received well. But earlier was bias

    @sldf26 @SkyUK I’ve spoken to a friend who lives 3 miles away and he has no issues. It’s bloody annoying, especially when you’re paying £100+ a month

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam @Stina2604 I’ve done this but it doesn’t work. Eventually coms back with a 2010-Auth-Token error so the issue is on the All4 side and not Sky, but you guys need to escalate to the devs/support at All4.

    Apparently whatever system is responsible for allowing @virginmedia customers to send text messages to @SkyUK customers has been broken for five days so now I just can't text my parents. Wonderful.

    @SkyHelpTeam sort your ******* wifi out im sick of being on 5mbs wifi and constantly having packet loss and packet surges because your **** wifi cant even stay up for one day without blowing its self up. literally a brain dead company.
