So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

@SkyHelpTeam Difficult to access a website when your internet goes down. Surely the onus should not be on the customer. Perhaps Sky could proactively provide some regular updates? Be good to know if it will be fixed tomorrow which will be day 6.
