@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam am a sky customer, incl. super fast bb. Think I upgraded to Ultrafast bb and engineer visit seems to be planned for Thursday but to activate my bb?? The only thing I can see is that Boost has been added to my bill but no mention of Ultrafast. How do I check?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no internet for 4 days now, had an Engineer come out yesterday that was a TV engineer so couldn’t solve my issue!! he said there is an outage in my area (Colchester) but I’ve got friends with sky broadband that’s working 🤷🏻
