    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    @SkySports A joke it was. And the worst part of it is @lewisdunk will most likely get fines or a ban for speaking about it. All referees should be made go on tv after a match to explain some of their decisions.

    @Beesh24240265 @SkySports I only care about the Premier League, i don’t care about lower level leagues because it will never affect me. Premier League is probably the biggest league in the world but somehow every other top 6 league seem to have there **** sorted out
