    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, there seems to be an issue with Channel 4 HD on Sky Q. The colours look all washed out and the sound is not good - for example, the voiceover on First Dates could hardly be heard. The download versions of that programme are okay but the live one is terrible!

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t get my football in UHD. I press the red button but my touch remote won’t move down from the “Recap” tile! I’ve restarted my sky box and reset the remote my removing the batteries. Is this a known problem?

    @SkySports The audio on the UHD Dolby Atmos version of the Crystal Palace Vs Brighton game is terrible. The crowd is so loud and the commentators are so quiet.
