    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to book an engineer visit but it doesn't let me. My app is telling me no issue in my area, so I would like an engineer out. I upgraded to fiber as was told it was superior and again you guys have failed to deliver! I want an engineer out asap please!

    @SkyHelpTeam utterly appalled I had an engineer appointment for 13/5/2021 it was a no show! Spoke to a customer service agent she promised me one 14/5/2021 again a no show! An now the customer service number is down! And I'm still with out broadband
