    am no totally fed up with @SkyUK beginning to think I should cancel the idea of moving & stay with VM. Having set up my Sky id at the end of Jan, I have never received a verification email & of all the sky agents I have asked, not one can tell me how to set up an e mail address!

    @SkyHelpTeam registered to get sky q get told it can take 6 weeks not an issue. After 8 weeks call back up to be told to contact a third party myself but not given any details. Any help @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

    @SkyUK So Steve has been a Sky customer for two years and gets football tickets and a chance to become an extra from Emilia Fox. I’ve been a Sky customer for 30 years and don’t even get an email or letter. Way to make your proper customers feel loved #sky Netflix here I come!

    @SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes I am. Was on the phone to customer services for 43 mins on landline. They took my number to call incase of issues. The phone line cut dead and have not had a call back.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, having issues with connecting to Sky Broadband, had an engineer out Fri 28 Oct, worked for one day and then had hardly any connection since then, another engineer coming tomorrow, but I'm still paying the bill, how do I get a permanent fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam our skyq box was initially showing no satellite signal and when turned off now will not respond to the remote. No help at all online and no phone numbers work! What are customers supposed to do?!
