    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is someone called me from sky to upgrade to sky Q for £20 but had issues and told me to call back but I can’t call back can I? Then you can only do it online for £199? So why do it online when I know you can get better deal speaking with someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam An approximate 45 minute wait is not acceptable to cancel a part of my package when the customer should be able to cancel with one click online. Am guessing it’s because your call handler has a script to follow to try to persuade us not to drop sports pack (2/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam since we upgraded our sky fibre to the new hub4 we have had awful connection and service issues keep on dropping signal and no phone either as it's tho our hub via VoIP extremely frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam FYI the latest SkyQ box software update is very unreliable. I’ve rebooted my Main and Mini boxes more than 10times in the last week. It’s never been that stable, but this is silly. For the cost, the platform should be rock solid!
