To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

I've had this issue before and it was the router on both occasions, so I would request a new router ASAP, I found the talktalk online forum helpful, with people who are not associated with talktalk so it's impartial.

She's pregnant and has had to go to the office to get internet to do her job. Increased Covid risk and extra travel costs. Compensation offered has been derisory.
