@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk Hi, I’ve been fobbed off by numerous TalkTalk agents via live chat since Monday 20th. Not having been able to access the internet at all, everyday I’ve been told there is an OpenReach incident and an engineer has been called to fix the issue.
