    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    @TalkTalk engineer came to connect my service - (new customer) dreadful and made no effort. Said he could not connect and left without a word. Before he left he complained his 9 weeks furlough was not enough! No wonder he never connected me. No heart in it. Dreadful

    @JonCastell2 @TalkTalk I’ve told her she has to leave. The phone calls are so bloody stressful and they don’t listen to the customer. They read from a script!!!!!

    @UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

    @TalkTalk just wasted 1hr 30 on TT chat trying to fix constant drop outs…spent ages answering question with 1st agent… who disappeared… nxt agent had to start from beginning again.. no access to previous transcript!(as advertised)

    Avoid TalkTalk: can't stay owing to shocking service & technical support, obscene overcharging. Can't escape since TT refuse to cancel until another supplier takes over line. Held hostage while they extract the last penny. Where's OFCOM?

    @TalkTalk I am finding it impossible to pay my father's arrears .We gave been cut off from landline and Internet. I did not have all his details, he now has dementia so can't remember v.much . 12 calls , no help !

    Since 20th Dec @TalkTalk you have had a bar on my "premium Fibre500" account that you've been unable to remove despite 9 calls over 9.5hrs over that period. Shocking service and incompetence with no-one able to take ownership of the issue.
