Your Twitter continued putting out automated posts but didn't acknowledge the problem or help us.

Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

If they continue with service u have to receive precontractual information if not u have over a yesr to cancel. I rung up to not renew. Then service set up with no request from me. However, their community online forum is excellent and fixed my issue within 48 hours. You need to create an account but they will definitely get it sorted...
