@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@sharonkaursamra @TalkTalk We moved to our new house on the 17th of December and we’re told that we could only have a data service because everyone was being switched to fibre and Talktalk didn’t do a VoIP service and could we manage with our mobile phones. Unfortunately the mobile coverage is hopeless.
