    @TalkTalk Still trying to. After calling and being told to call back in 2 hrs due to call centre problems I tried the online chat. This has been going on for 1 hr 7 mins so far!

    @lizardschwartz I moved house recently, and TalkTalk cut the internet off at our old house, a month before reconnecting at the new house. They were no help whatsoever - refused to reconnect old house, and couldnt/wouldnt bring forward connection date at new house. Will be switching provider ASAP

    @TalkTalk – terrible customer service. On a chat they booked a technician to come and see me. I asked to change the date less than a minute later in the chat. Was told I'd have to pay £65 to change the date. THEN the tech doesn't even show up! Now I need to chase them to rebook!
