    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    @TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

    @TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

    @TalkTalk are quite possibly the worst customer service team I have ever come across. Over an hour of being moved aroynd and cut off. A broken tv box cannot be replaced like for like but the 'upgraded' version doesn't do what the old box does - but I can pay extra to do it

    @TalkTalk an engineer came out yesterday and within minutes of him leaving, our WiFi ain’t working. Your customer service is awful as well, spent 6 hours on the phone and received no help. Worst company ever

    @TalkTalk So it is an extra cost - for a service I already pay you for! What is difficult to understand here? I would like you to supply me with a box that does the same as the current box before it broke, with no extra cost

    @TalkTalk My box has broken - your replacement doesn't store recordings (the broken one did) but I can pay extra for a subscription to store the recordings
