@1efcJc We are with TalkTalk on Fibre and can only remember once in the last 5 years since we moved in when it dropped. But, unless you’re on cable with Virgin they all use the BT Openreach line so if the line isn’t good you will have problems with everyone unless fixed

So much of support is automated/computer driven.. the human support involves a rigid script approach, which is useless for nuanced issues.. Jump ship at earliest: Plusnet are okay, until end contract.
