Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.
