    .@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk the customer service staff now ended the call without completing the call. She thought I was on hold but I can hear her conversation with her colleagues. Great customer service 👎

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

    @TalkTalk i have been having awful connection for weeks now and still you have not sorted the issue i pay my bill every month on time. I have called your customer sevice and have been told things will be fixed but there is no improvement this is unacceptable. I called again today

    Do not use @TalkTalk waited over an hour to talk to someone for them to hang up on me when I asked for a manager! Have no Internet since Saturday... Poor and shocking service so rude and no help no reply! Shocking!

    @TalkTalk Yeah! Tried that and keep going round in circles! Useless customer service! One of your engineers is going to waste their time on Friday...I am trying to stop that happening but your systems won't allow me to prevent it!
