NEVER EVER switch to TalkTalk under any circumstances. They are rotten without a proper customer service hotline or technical support. You will regret switching trust me.

@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk is honestly the worst broadband provider ive ever had. Constant connectivity issues, taking bill payments before they're due and then charging an additional fee because they couldnt take it (a whole week before it was due) 2 months and we're already leaving 🥴

@talktalk. Just had a one hour text chat with one of your representatives re billing. Very sad that a refund for mis-selling on your website could not be resolved. I suggest my friends do not purchase or cancel boost bundles on line with #Talktalk. Use an online agent.
