Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

@talktalk What's going on? Everything very slow, loads of error messages, constantly having to reload pages..... plus iPlayer, etc, not a chance. Even Ofcom speed checker won't work! Tried turning router off & on again but no difference. Not just my laptop, same with phone. Help!

@CorrieDrew @TalkTalk Working from home and having bad virgin issues I've ended up putting in 2 Internet lines. I use virgin (got them to discount) and a company called @XLNBusiness, XLN are awesome, the customer support is top class.

Do me and yourself a favour and if you’re with @TalkTalk CHANGE YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER! They have been VILE to me. Been a NIGHTMARE to cancel my contract, offered them payment they wouldn’t take and then referred me to a debt collector! Even the debt collector was disgusted!!
