    Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

    @TalkTalk 1.5 hours on the phone to you and still refusing to cancel our contract -£115 last month, £111 this month and no internet/broadband today.. you want MORE money for us to pay for an engineer and us to wait 3 days for them. NO-just cancel it!!!

    @TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk can you explain me why I received a letter from your company telling me that someone had contacted your company telling them that they were moving into my house and wanted to have your broadband etc to no knowledge to me then you contacted my provider to cancel

    @TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

    @TalkTalk Not really. After waiting weeks to find out talktalk isn’t available in my area after a system error, I now have to wait to cancel my subscription because of yet another system error.

    @TalkTalk After three days' yes three, chatting online' to @TalkTalk I'm left with a very slow internet connection, Smart television unable to connect to the internet, and a laptop ' buffering' who can remember that, however if you sign up to @TalkTalk you could experience the same!

    @TalkTalk CW11 Area out. In my case, parented off the Warmingham exchange. Full Openreach data connection, but can't login to TTB servers. @TalkTalk. Nothing showing on TTB status!

    @TalkTalk my remote is so ridiculous. Half the time it just cannot change channels, show the TV guide or other functions. What is more annoying that I don't even have a phone number to get help. And you still increase the subscription, seems like you're here to make money only

    @TalkTalk You are always checking the line though! Your engineer had been here twice and the engineer for Open Reach had been here and things are still not right and I am paying for a service that I’m not happy with! It’s not good enough!

    Swapped my TalkTalk issues for issues with the just as hopelessly usless @bt_uk Be better of with string and a can at this point. Can any Internet provider actually....you know....PROVIDE?
