A 5 minute issue! That went on for 10 days! All because @TalkTalk are stubborn idiots who never listen, even the engineer said how bad you guys are! Horrible customer service! I certainly would not recommend talk talk to anyone! 10 days wasted! I will not be paying 10 days

@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.
