@TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk Last 6 weeks or so internet drops off a number of times a day. Been a customer since it was worldonline, then Tiscali and now TalkTalk. New customers getting better deals and latest routers. No loyalty to existing customers. With price increases it time for a change.

@TalkTalk I had an appointment for an engineer to come out and install my new TalkTalk b'band 2.4.21. Nobody showed up. And, you had stopped the service from Sky so I have no internet! Was told 48 hrs before I can get a new provider. Bunch of chancers. I'd advise steer clear of TalkTalk.

TalkTalk have repeatedly failed to honour their promise to call me back, I'm thoroughly fed up with the unreliable company and their atrocious customer service. I would move but am forced to stay for the moment for complex business reasons, but I will take them to the Ombudsman.
