Oscar Williams-Grut (@OscarWGrut) reported from Islington, EnglandIt’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

John Alty (@JohnAlty1) reported from Hackney, EnglandSome friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reported@CroneThe86880 @TalkTalk Oh ******! That sounds awful. My partner has now had an email from Moorcroft. It would be helpful if @TalkTalk actually told Moorcroft that they didn’t provide a service - and this is why we do not owe them anything.

Colin Jackson (@ColinJackson99) reported@TalkTalkGroup I am trying to get a replacement router for my 86 years old mum all talktalk have offered is to cancel the account (issue 16765712)
-
Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
-
Lucas 😏 (@itsmelucasdt) reported@TalkTalk Hi, I live in a building that constantly has issues with its broadband provider. We’re talking about at least 150 flats and around 400 people that are willing to change their provider. How can I, a talktalk customer, can refer a whole building of flats to move to talktalk?
-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reported@Andy_Ross1962 @TalkTalk Sounds brilliant! We are using a Smarty sim in a mobile router. Have done for nearly a year. It’s the only way to get any WiFi. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
