We have had a engineer in, new routers sent and done all of what’s in those articles. It seems that there’s no clear solution here.

Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on today’s call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.
