@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk I had a fair number of problems with talktalk and just recently ditched them. Their call service is utterly atrocious: nobody speaks English and they were always trying to sell me extra deals (TV, superfast fibre etc etc) rather than take care of the specific problem I have.

@JimSterling Virgin Media are the single worst customer service experience I've had since TalkTalk straight up lied to me about buying out my ISP, I've had a good few meltdowns from stress with it. Good luck getting it sorted, you'll need it. I wish other ISPs offered such competitive speed

@TalkTalk company is and urge everyone to avoid and/or cancel their contracts. It’s inhumane how they’ve treated us during this period and I’ve seen worse stories in my mentions. Seems they are bots replying tbh. Thanks everyone for the help, anyway. 2/2.
