    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    Wouldn't trust an ex boss of @TalkTalk to run a welk stall outside a pub, never mind an impt public health service. Been trying to communicate with @TalkTalkGroup customer care for 2 wks. Like talking to an amoeba. All multi £billion companies are bad, some are worse than others.

    @TalkTalk This morning at 8.40 I receive a call from Talktalk about my 'complaint' (???) She knew nothing about it or had any info about the 4 hours I was on FB and the phone to Talktalk trying to resolve it. Calls were with someone called Kirk/Manchester. assured a call 12.00. NO CALL

    @TalkTalk Day three of intermittent broadband (in South Wales); either nothing at all or super slow (3mbs!). Router reboot gives good speed for a few minutes, sometimes, but things are really bad. Two of us desperately trying to work from home and need our service back please!!
