I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

Her internet hasn't been working for a week and we've called the automated line but no one has got back yet. She's in the vulnerable category and we need to get her back online. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!
