    @TalkTalk Been sending so many DMs with no response. I'm fed up. You just cannot phone me to help. Been leaving so many messages. You've even set up another direct debit but still refuse to send someone to help set me up. I'm disgusted.

    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @TalkTalk I have been sitting for more than an hour trying to fix the issue with our fibre because apparently our order has been cancelled for no reason. Usually I don't have that much problems with your service but this is acc getting a bit annoying.

    @RiotBadger @TalkTalk Talk talk were so awful when we had them as a broadband provider, I wouldn't have them for free, the terrible, slow and frustrating tech support is not worth the stress.

    Real talk, @TalkTalk are garbage. I've had a MAXIMUM download speed of 4mbps for about a month. I can't stream, I start a new job in 2 weeks and it NEEDS to be fixed. Looks like I'm giving @virginmedia a call tomorrow, time for change.

    Closed my late Dad's account with @TalkTalk last December. Now I receive a letter from solicitors saying I owe £207! Disgusted! I thought their service was poor at the time, but this has reached a shocking new level.

    @rich_houghton @TalkTalk I have little time in the evening to do what I need to do uisng the Internet but the last week I'm up until after 2am trying to get it done as its so slow, on one minute then off again. I'm getting annoyed now and tired!! Hope yours gets sorted soon.

    So once again, @TalkTalk claim to be sending an engineer to fix the internet that has been down for WEEKS, but another no-show. Time to get the ombudsman involved now, I think
